Review of getresponse
The worst ESP i have been workin with. Poor support, poor deliverability. Bulit in integrations not workin with anything on getresponsemax support. Dedicated account manager does not respond to emails or responding after few days :). Segmentations and reports are really poor. Not reccomending that system to anyone, maybe for freelancers, small ecommerce but for sure not for midlle and bigger companies. Rrccomendations exists but no conversions from them. Editor is awfull - create bugs in code with two column layout.
Review of otto
Waited a month for my delivery, delivery service somehow couldn't deliver and my order returned to them. I asked for the same order again, told them I could go get it myself if needed. What did they do? They ordered for me the same article but 20€ more expensive and they sent it to a wrong address (I had 2 addresses,it was clearly showing my current address as the "delivery" one but for no reason they chose the previous one. Now I can neither get my order, nor refund it (as it was sent to a packing station because I asked to get it myself). And the biggest shame is I bought the article with 80% sale, and they sent it to me with the full price. Even though I told them in the mail if I could get it for the same price again. Sorry this is my last ever experience with Otto.

Target Eye CenterWe have used the AZ Northern Ave for eye care for the last 3 years. This year, as a scheduled check up nearing, I'started calling a week ahead to reschedule, due to covid. Called multiple times no answer, no option to leave voicemail, etc. Yesterday now had to go in physically ill to cancel. Not acceptable.! I would think they want customers not discourage them?

Review of asus
I ordered the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405CA) directly from the ASUS UK Online Store on 29 May for £1,299.99. The laptop arrived quickly on 2 June — but to my shock, the price dropped to £1,199.99 that same day on both the ASUS UK website and ASUS’s official Amazon UK store.I contacted customer service asking if any goodwill refund or store credit could be offered, as the timing felt extremely unfair — it wasn’t weeks later, just a few days! They repeatedly told me the only option was to return the laptop… even though I had already started using it.I had done a lot of research before choosing ASUS over Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Samsung. My last laptop (an Acer Swift 5) lasted nearly 8 years, and I chose ASUS hoping for the same reliability and trust. Sadly, this experience really affected how I feel about the brand’s customer care.I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — just a gesture of goodwill for a very recent purchase that immediately dropped in price. It’s disappointing that ASUS wouldn’t consider that.Update: I’ve saved screenshots showing the original order on 29 May and the £100 price drop on 2 June (visible on both ASUS UK website and their Amazon UK store). I’m happy to provide them upon request.

Review of smartsheet
I've been using Smartsheets as a free trial user. I was thinking of whether it was worth converting to a paying customer when the trial run out but I had a few questions about the pricing model and services that are available to individual users (the information on the website is very limited). I used the online chat with 'Tom' but all I received were a few, terse, irrelevant or ambiguous one line responses. There was a complete lack of care in answering my questions and a total ambivalence about whether I converted to a paying customer. Being in a different country, I asked if he would phone me, he refused saying that they don't provide support to individual customers! Wonderful, they'll take your money but won't give you support. A far as the product goes, it's pretty clunky and very limited customisation features. I didn't get my questions answered about collaborators so I couldn't fully evaluate it however as for customer support, well, that's non-existent! There are plenty of other cheap project management tools out there, I'd avoid this one.

Review of indiegogo
There is not much to say about indiegogo.com, other than majority of the items advertised are a scam. You will not receive the items in the allocated time and you cannot contact anyone with a positive outcome. The company Indiegogo takes no responsibility for the delivery or refund of items purchased. Be careful!!

The Fox News company has been doing quite a lot of lying 🤥, it has very much disappointed me. Most of all because it is a large corporation that many people believe in. So many Americans have been forever convinced horrible sad things that are LIES! Sorry America for the inconvenience of Fox News
