I deleted my Facebook account in 2017, but in 2023, I discovered that a hacker in China had somehow reopened my account without my consent. To my shock, people who are logged into Facebook can still access my profile, photos, and messages from years ago.Despite my efforts to contact Facebook support, I haven't been able to resolve the issue. I feel that my personal data is at risk, and the lack of action from Facebook is deeply concerning. I want my account and all associated information permanently deleted from their system, but the process has been frustrating and unresponsive.If you're considering using Facebook, be aware that their account security and support might not be sufficient to protect your privacy, even years after you’ve deleted your account.

They have gone from being one of the best crypto companies to the worst. All their decisions they have made in the last 2 years have screwed their loyal customers. I have lost about $4000 and now they are taking away the only great perk they had left for card members, which was lounge key access. I invested $4000 2.5 years ago by getting one of tier cards where you would get a certain percentage back per month on your investment in their in-house crypto (Cronos - CRO) which then you can convert into USD. Soon after a few month the company decided to decrease the percentage paid for the investment by a large amount. For example instead of getting $100 per month, now we would would be getting less than $50. Few months later the rate dropped again, and finally they basically said no investment returns for anyone below $50k or $100k. Which pretty much screwed most of their customer base. Since this happened most people pulled out and sold their CRO shares and eventually the value of CRO went from 4.XX to now 0.06. My current portfolio value went from $4000 to less than $700. The only reason I was keeping it still was the hope it will one day go up in value and also the lounge access perk since I travel a lot internationally. Now that great perk is gone and they are sending us a happy email saying good news we have screwed you again. What ever you do, do not invest with this horrible company. They don't care at all about their customers and they will change rules and perks on you in an instant without any warnings. They have screwed so many people out of their money, I am waiting for a Class-Action Lawsuit any time now!

Sent me a baby's T-Shirt instead of Memory stick for which I paid £40.I spent half an hour on phone to talk to someone who cannot help me and asked me to go online and ask for a refund pack and label which I did and also wrote several emails. I still have not received my memory stick or label to return the wrong product!

Received a delivery window of 840am to 1240pm. Then it changed to 6pm. Parcel arrived at 5pm. Waste of a day waiting. Tracking pointless as just says out for delivery. Isn't helpful if not going to stick to the 4 hour delivery. Poor for fedex when most other courier companies give a smaller window and are on time

DO NOT purchase this app if you ever happen to lose or damage your phone and can't access the two-factor auth app that contains the authentication codes for the bitwarden site. This outfit CANNOT and WILL NOT help you regain access. You are basically SOL if you lose/damage your phone that had the two-factor authentication set up for the site. The only way out of it is to cancel you subscription and then delete all your data that exists. Totally unacceptable.
