Great guidance from the Klaviyo Team

We moved to Klaviyo from Mailchimp and the Klaviyo team really took care of us in the transition. It was quite a stressful time because we were moving platforms, moving websites and the Gmail and Yahoo new sender requirements had just come into place, but Eoin and Lucas helped us through the process with ease, humour and a great attitude so all was well in the end. We have also contacted the support team on email with an issue we were having and they got back to us really promptly and helped us to fix it straight away. We are a small business of just 4 people with no in-house tech help, so having all this support was extremely helpful.Very impressed and would highly recommend Klaviyo to any business, big or small.

Extremely poor

Extremely poor. Ordered my watch 28th May 2020 after a faulty product taking 6 weeks to arrive and returned promptly I am now waiting 10 weeks for a replacement. I have no watch, no refund and no answers. Customer service chat are rude and helpline incompetent. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend this company, I cannot comment on the product as 4 months and still waiting

Ads may not go away if you pay

I enjoyed learning with Duolingo on and off but didn't enjoy the constant ads. So I signed up for Super Duolingo for $83/yr. The ads didn't go away so I thought I had done something wrong and later I signed up (again, as it turned out). Duolingo allowed me to have overlapping paid subscriptions through the one itunes account and still showed me ads!! Zero response to emails. I've now cancelled my subscriptions and switched to Babbel.

They charged me twice for the same order to a single resturant and refuse to give me my money back. Im a customer as well as a dasher...do not recommend Doordash. They will steal your money, im doing a dispute thru my bank card

I don't understand why people are commenting negatively concerning Capterra. I have been with this company for months and they have never failed me especially when it concerns REWARDING MY WORKS.If you do not get rewarded it's because your reviews were not published, and thus, it's simply because they don't match capterra's criteria for published reviews.Always make sure you read and understand their TIPS FOR WRITING REVIEWS and you'll be rewarded. I NEVER subscribed to ANY of their…

I NEVER subscribed to ANY of their advertisers... AND I get buried in their spammy emails. I tried to unsubscribe, but they keep dropping my into MORE advertisers that I DID NOT suscribe to.I emailed support at Gumroad, but kept etting the run around by their AI bot.THis company should be fined big time for their spammy invasive and unethical practices!!!

I faced an issue and tried to contact support but their support chatbot is a loop. If you answer the question of the bot, even when you press "I still need help" the bot sends you back to where you started so you just end up pressing the button in a loop.

Update: After almost two years, I’ve decided to give Anthropologie another chance. While I’ve learned my lesson on keeping away from ordering furniture with them, I thought a safe bet would be home goods. With their additional final 50% sale, I took a gamble. I ordered anywhere from sofa pillows, to candles, to dinnerware, to hair accessories. Surprisingly, Anthropologie was on top of their game with shipping my orders out quickly and while I wasn’t too keen with my orders being split up into endless packaging - 90% of my items have arrived over Christmas and New Year’s weeks. I’m still waiting on a few pieces that were back ordered. The items received were up to par and I am satisfied with the whole lot of them. Therefore, I have increased my rating to neutral ⭐️⭐️⭐️ whilst keeping in mind of my previous negative experiences listed below. I’m glad to see they’re doing wonderful in certain departments and hopefully they can shape up in the furniture sector soon. Original: I mostly ordered home goods from Anthropologie and can say for the most part, it’s fine. When I ordered my one and only furniture sometime ago - which was an orange tiger armchair, it was a complete disaster. Anthropologie’s carrier didn’t end up delivering it at all because they lied about snow on my driveway when there were outdoor cameras showing otherwise. In addition, FedEx; UPS and USPS all came that day with no issues. I was on vacation when I had to deal with this. The caretaker had to waste all day for Anthropologie to show up, only for their carrier to refuse delivering. They were absolutely lazy and we spent extra money for the delivery too. Our caretaker had to lug the armchair down our driveway and delivered it himself. After much back and forth with Anthropologie’s customer service, I was finally able to have the extra delivery fee refunded after stating my case. Besides this experience, they sent me a pair of pants with the store tag on it - which of course I’m unable to remove without their removal device. I’ve never in my entire life had been sent an article of clothing with the store tag on it. Let’s not confuse paper store tags on apparel with the one I’m referring to. This is the device they tag onto clothing to beep to notify the store of any shoplifting funny business, and it can only be removed at the register when checking out with a device. That was an absolutely poor oversight on quality control when this was an online order! After these two experiences, I’ve decreased my sales with Anthropologie to the point where it’s been 0 thus far this year. As much as they have aesthetically pleasing furniture, I’d be wary to order from them.
