I purchased a self-tanning lotion from Temu which caused serious burns on my skin. I submitted photos and detailed explanations, but they ignored it and refused support. A complete disappointment regarding customer health safety. Hello Temu,I already provided detailed information and photos through your customer support system.You received my complaint, photos of the skin reaction, and a clear description of the issue. Yet, no support was given, and you ignored the health impact.I’ve already spent money on recovery, and your “receipt or nothing” approach was extremely disappointing.If you really want to understand the issue, you had your chance. My experience stands as written.[UPDATE after Temu’s reply]:I already contacted Temu support through their app and provided all evidence. They refused to help and gave only automated responses. Their reply here is generic and not a real attempt to solve the issue.

I like the software and wanted to get the service, but after I talked to the salesman, I changed my mind. He would never give me a straight answer and had a tantrum when I told him no. Pushy, I guess that the salesman is disconnected from the business operating on commission and bonuses and doesn't have the best interest of the business owner in mind. As I said, the software seems excellent, but I would be cautious.

Charge plenty for the food - but like to give a short-serving.Why?Staff really didn't seem to like customers - whether they were short on food and trying to "make do" until a delivery came in I don't know - but VERY stingy with filling and I think they would have rather been having root canal work than serving customers.It's fine - I hadn't been back in years - and can happily pass on by for a few more.

While Zara cannot fix the world you can fix your store and higher quality personnel free of those behaviors that could ended up chasing away loyal customer and cost the store lost of wages in many ways. Some employee display bias behaviors, shooing is extremely uncomfortable for handicaps and non handicaps customers that buy a good quantity during their visit. Pick up at store is a disaster and the phone reps said they have no supervisors and lie about the solutions and do nothing. Wasting more of time and money which is also humiliating to even call back for something they failed to do and like you begging for something they promised. Also they have overate prices in the U.s. stores outside of semi annual sale.

Order number: 10-12516-01748If I could give 0 stars I wouldSomething went totally wrong during the shipping:It was unnecessary delayed 8 days in Glendale Hejghts, IL .from the 8. to the 16. without any progress.Then delivered to an agent (Ebay easy ship) who send it to Switzerland where it was provided with a a new tracking number. and because Switzerland isn't a member of EU all information about import VAT paid disappeared.So I had to pay import VAT twice, which cost me extra $35, so I end up paying $56,50 VATApparently it is no longer possible to get import VAT refund from EbayAt least I can't find anyway on Ebay to get VAT paid twice refundedThat way I feel really cheated
