Awesome Customer Service!

Upon requesting contact with a real person for help I was immediately connected. Denise was very knowledgeable and very patient in answering my questions and helping me to understand what needed to happen. Within a very short time everything was fully resolved and I was able to begin using MailerLite for my first time. Additionally, it was a Saturday evening.

I hate this platform

I hate this platform. Consistent issues, NOT user-friendly unless you are a developer and or can afford to hire an expert for loads of stuff. Shipping rules are extremely inflexible and complicated. Lacks freedom on many levels. Definitely regret trying them for my shop. SO disapointed.

Censors searches related to anything extraterrestrial and ufo and conspiracy theories some of us find interesting and intriguing, and they are pushing their greedy big corpo money hungry "if site doesn't sell anything for clicks, we don't want to host it" bullcrap. Google hasn't been useful for way over a decade now because of this nonsense.

Do not be fooled by good reviews

Do not be fooled by good reviews. Take my word for it. I have had more years than I can handle with Slowbooks. The only reason that I dont bin them is because the alternatives could just as easily be as bad and the thought of trying to move my data fills me with dread. As I say, the customer support people try hard but the software is so full of inadequacies and the lag time for data entry is appalling. I get the feeling that the "engineers" are constantly tinkering in the background and making a mess of things.

Paid cash today because tap on Clover terminal didn't take my Android Google pay .. then did the card insert send the keypad didn't have alpha numeric characters.. told owner he was using inadequate equipment. Not the first time that Clover failed to complete what was a very good encounter.. hope the owner changes his pos system to get rid of this nuisance.

Can't return items/appalling customer service

Customer service is appalling, couldn't help me on 3 occasions trying to return something. The returns policy has magically changed again and if it is merely 1 day late outside the window (doesn't matter if you were at deaths door) you can't even get a voucher/credit. So after explaining that the customer services then says "sorry this is not the outcome you wanted I am now closing the chat." So don't even bother shopping there, asos has nothing more to offer than any other online fast fashion outlet, their customer service has gone to the pits.

Horrible customer service, they're the reason the phrase, "their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing," exists.They also tried to over-charge me and were quite obstinate. Really unprofessional. They have fallen into what so many do, they got too big for their britches and forgot about their customers.They've become another, "they USED to be awesome," apps. Not anymore. Campsite is better.*EDIT* 6/28/22: I've seen your reply, I did all that, I produced screenshots and jumped through hoops for three months and in that time I never came across anyone who ever got back to me productively or professionally. So, too little, too late.

Now we get a bad review from a someone who has never bought anything or been in our store . Also he is a Known troubled gentleman in our Town , that does bad reviews to just be a jerk . Explained to yelp about this gentleman and they said they would not help us . Absolutely crazy they only cause damage but will not promote our positive reviews

Terrible spam filter and badly designed flag & pin setup

Does a terrible job of filtering spam - most of my inbox is spam. Worse than this there is now a popup that appears in the bottom-right corner of my screen (without having outlook open in any browser) whenever a new email appears which is almost always nonsense spam - annoying and I'm not sure how to turn it off. The functionality for 'flagging' and 'pinning' emails is poorly designed and would be better combined into one feature as they have done on gmail (which is streets ahead of outlook) with their starring system which is considerably easier to use and better designed.

The human Element Fails Completely at kaspersky

Ive used Kaspersky on and off for about 10 years and its been the best so far thats why I keep coming back. after all the frustrations ive had with this and all other programs Kaspersky is actually the best performer of them all but......This time I was getting the latest program the top one and I could not reject the Auto Renew during purchases. I used the chat to talk to their people and after getting the second person they wanted all my personal information and wanted to call me and all I wanted was a simple answer to a simple question. they dont do that so I frustratingly closed the window and wrote this before I shut down the computer for a few days to get this garbage out of my mind. I use the computer less and less now because its just become A pain in the rear.Id rather use my phone to do most of my online purchases just to avoid the scam artists. Far less there it seems and I only use amazon for the same reason.
