Basically theft, I have an account but they wont let me in without verification code. I receive all their marketing email, I receive the emails to change my account password, but I never receive the verification codes and it seems this issue has been known since 2015, its now 2022. All the links to help with issues with not receiving these codes no longer work so cant even talk to support. Yet they still require their games to use their failed 'Origin' system. It really is a disappointing mess, and is a prime example of greed and incompetency we have seen coming from American game manufactures. It is honestly depressing that they don't cut the need for Origin from all their games. At least that would fix the problem, and let us move the games to steam, at least that system works to some sort of level.Case in point, I now have 4 games I paid full release price for which I cant use, plus I bought the NEW Mass effect legendary edition, and it required Origin! So now I have to make a new email, to make a new account which down the line they may also suddenly request a verification code which they wont send, and poof, another games and another load of cash vanishes into this dung heap of a company.

I got suspended for no reason. Checked all the TOS and was confident I didn't breech anything. The most support could say is they can't say anything. Stupid! Don't use!----Also wanted to add how suspicious I think it is how they changed their name.

I cannot put into words how bad my experience has been with the customer service department. What started as a simple technical issue with not being able to up load receipts 6 month ago, has turned into a complete and utter shambles. The issue still hasn't been resolved and the customer service department couldn't not have been worse in assisting with the issue. There's absolutely no communication between members of staff, leading to having to explain the issue multiple times. They say they will call you back, they never do. This includes supervisors/managers. They say they'll email you back, they never do. You have to chase them for answers because they simply do not care about their customers. Having been promised and agreed upon a refund for my inconvenience for a full years subscription, they have refunded part of the year without any explanation why. They lied to me when they said they had approved the full refund. I have this in writting. Please, if you are reading this and are thinking of signing up to quickbooks, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Do not spend your money with this company which couldn't care less about their customers. Totally unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable.

Review of preply
Preply is a first-rate online platform for growing your tutoring business. I have been tutoring on the platform for quite some time and have experienced nothing less than excellent Preply support. Preply has figured out a way to help their tutors grow effectively, which I appreciate. I am thriving as a tutor and have utilized helpful insights that I’ve received along my tutoring journey. I strongly recommend Preply!
Review of preply
There are some good teachers on Preply. But their video platform is pretty bad, which causes frequent interruptions ans bad sound & video quality. This is an especially big problem if the teacher (or the student) has a poor internet connection, which is often the case with teachers at the cheaper half of the spectrum (and it's not just the connection—I've been in places with an unstable connection where Zoom or Meet works great but Prely not at all). The thing I dislike the most though is how they're constantly try to find ways of taking your money without paying the teacher. In this way, they're different from other platforms like airbnb, upwork, uber etc. For example, after you've paid for classes WITH A SPECIFIC teacher, those classes disappear after a month if you haven't scheduled them. And and while they love sending you lots of emails reminding you of this and that, they "forget" to remind you that the classes you've paid for will go away. I'd be OK with it if the teacher got the money, but no, (s)he loses out too, Preply pockets it all. Likewise, you can use your balance with a teacher to book a trial with another teacher, but for the teacher it's an unpaid gig. Preply pockets all the money. No wonder they're constantly pushing you to try other tutors. I have a strong dislike for companies whose business model depends on cheating their customers. Right now I have a good teacher at Preply, but when I'm no longer learning with her, I'll be trying Superpeof, Italki or some other service. I'm never going back to Preply again. EDIT: I know Preply will give their standard response and say that "that's how the subscription model works" and that "it's in the Terms & Conditions", so let me reply to that. Of course it's in the ToC. That's where all dodgy companies hide things they don't want their customers to know. And no, that's not how most subscription models work, because I subscribed to a particular TUTOR. I've got people on retainers in Upwork and that balance expires every month but if I've not given the worked tasks to do (s)he still gets that money (and upwork take their usual platform fee). Upwork doesn't claim all that money for themselves because no work was logged—that would be ridiculous. I bet that money feels good in the moment but I sincerely wonder how many customers you lose because of it.
Review of preply
Tutors can be hit/miss. I have found some great tutors who clearly know what they’re doing, and others who are just flaky, and/or increase the price after the trial lesson. The bad tutors don’t stay on the platform long, and I am fortunate to have had mostly good experiences with the tutors. Support is awful. Lots of generic responses without reading what my issue is. Maybe it’s a bot. As an example, I have had tutors make last minute changes and book our lesson for times when I am not available. I cannot cancel as it is within 12 hours. Tutor is offline and not going to see my message until after the class has happened. Preply Support tells me to show up for the class anyways and report « tutor no show ». If I cannot attend the class, how am I supposed to do that? Then they tell me that I cannot cancel within 12 hours - I didn’t even book the lesson for that time! It’s very frustrating to have multiple back and forth emails to solve a simple problem.
Review of parallels
The only thing I was disappointed in was that I followed the Parallels recommendation to upgrade to Windows 10 and the performance is so very disappointing and frustrating. I had Windows 7 and so I needed to, but I hope that Parallels can get faster on Windows 10. I have a relatively new and fast computer - an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7, 40 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 of RAM - this should not be acceptable. I hope future upgrades to Parallels improves this. Thanks for asking.

This company charges you when you haven’t signed up for a package. You sign up for the free one (which I did a year ago), didn’t use it as it didn’t offer me what I needed. I then received an email saying I would be renewed at 480 USD. I tried to find where to cancel - it was impossible. I then emailed them to tell them that a) I did not sign up for any paid package and b) I do not want any account with them. They ignored this email and billed me anyway. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
Review of jotform
Jotform has done so much to assist in our work daily. My boss and I both use Jotform for surveys and paperwork. The system is very intuitive and has so many options to build a form to your needs. There are so many ways to use Jotform, and they make it so easy to share and compile results. Our Human Resources department wouldn't run the same without Jotform and all the tools it provides. From benefit paperwork, to new hire questionnaires, to feedback and surveys. I am so thankful to have found been shared this site and been able to use it for over a year.
Review of americanexpress
I have been a platinum charge card member for over 20 years. One of the benefits is the $200 aud dinning credit that can be used overseas. I recently dinned at a participating restaurant. I asked my partner to use their card as I did not have my card (primary) with me. A few days later I checked my account to see if credit had been applied and it had not. I then read fine print on dinning credit and realised only primary card be used to take advantage of dinning credit. Please everyone with this benefit don’t get caught out like me. I contacted American Express and they refused to do anything about it at all. Very disappointing indeed.

I don’t know how I ended up with an account. I thought I was signing into the company I was using and stopped the sign in when I realised it wasn’t what I wanted. I can’t unsubscribe. I’ve tried but it’s a deliberate maze and should be illegal. I haven’t given an account number so if any charges are made I’ll sue.

Review of petfinder
I filled out a very intrusive application, as much info as a bank or credit card. Compassion Kind Foundation simply rejected my request to visit the paired dogs with no valid reason. The dogs are still up for adoption. This is an info scamming setup as I immediately received multiple daily robo calls and spam email after the application.
