even worse than USPS. if that's possible but they are. nothing on time, deliver to wrong address and the best, if it delivered to your house, they just put it on the edge of your porch, cant even push the stuff closer to the building to stay out of rain or someone walking by could grab it. useless morons! but take a picture of the rotten job you do. morons. you can complain all you want to fedex, they do not care!

A huge amount of designers, attractive on top sales, fast shipment, uncomplicated returns, good to be a member of payback. Only thing is the UPS delivery service with its horrible to configurate web page. Farfetch is my favorite shopping page! Thanx

The process has changed slightly, making things quicker and easier than before. My only concern is that the reference number always presents problems with my bank (HSBC) which can make things rather stressful; wish this could be addressed.

Purchased an item and received the wrong one. Did everything I was asked to do to get a refund and they would never tell me a reason why they wouldn’t. I will never buy anything from them again. Very unprofessional and takes forever for them to respond to anything. Terrible experience

Banned me for counterfeit items, I sent proof they were real (screen recordings of email confirmation and close up photos) but they said they couldn’t accept it, I asked what I can do to prove it and offered to send bank statements and even email the brands themself to verify the orders and they said the decision was final. They then kept my £1,000 depop balance. Absolute joke, I had nothing but positive feedback no one complained. I can only assume this is an exit scam as other apps are taking over… customer support is non existent it’s a new agent every email and they don’t read what you say they just copy and paste the same BS, obviously paid minimum wage and just meeting their email targets , they don’t care at all. Depop is an awful platform and I advise you to stay clear

I signed up looking for a job. What an exhausting ordeal! I was sent emails from companies interested in me, but they supplied no phone numbers, Company names, locations, etc., plus more Internet research revealed little about these "companies." Their emails were sent from weird addresses and everything else to indicate so many red flags. Can you spell S C A M? No, they didn't get any more of my information. I'm out.
