Amazon in India is the worst Company to shop. Just this mpnth 60% of our packages were not delivered. Their delivery people just lie about customers not being home or could not locate address or send a message at 12 AM saying we tried to deliver the package but could not. Such silly reasons. Amazon Executives do NOT have a clue to operate in India. They keep changing staff and no process. Customer service is the worst experience if you can get hold of them at all. Site gives you a bot to chat and it's frustrating as you do not get any meaning full answers. Only thing customer care people know is "I am sorry for the inconvenience" like parrots.

Bad customer service. Terrible return policy. Bought a 160$ jacket, didn’t even wear it once. Tried to wash the jacket and it got damaged, they said I couldn’t return or exchange the jacket because I washed it (who would wear cloth from a store without washing it during a pandemic?). Expensive items, terrible quality. Take your money somewhere else and stay away from this store

Tried to get a refund on the womens ultra stretch cropped fit denim leggings trousers. I have had these before and they have been fantastic. However purchased again and the material was not the same quality and after a couple of washes was falling apart. Contacted custmer service and they advised it was down to wear and tear! Didnt happen with the last pair and not happy at all

About two months ago Chase started trick holding federal reserve checks. First they suddenly required having an account to cash such a check. Then they required the check actually be deposited into that account before being paid out as a withdrawal. Now they claim they can not release the funds for a day so it can clear. Pardon me but as the printer of the world reserve currency the U.S. Federal Reserve is one place that should not need clearance time. They claim the change from cashing the check as a Federal Reserve insured Bank is a Branch level policy so Customer service can not comment on that, but the complaint department can claim inability to contact customer and provide fake contact info in a letter as they are closing such a complaint. Customer Service can only comment on deposits needing time to clear - even FDR deposits. I call BS. If Chase is not solvent without floating their organization reserve requirements on customer's earned paychecks then that should be noted by any and All who think their funds are safe there. By the way, yes I have been a loyal good standing customer for nearly two decades routinely cashing these checks with them. This is so far beyond acceptable since if a known amount routine FDR check is no good then neither is any dime in any bank. Blatant money grab at customer's expense via credit rating, housing, utilities and public image damage. This bank is holding customer's earnings hostage. Not sure this is legal, I know it is not loyal. Drawing $ down before it disappears - just like their service. I'm done wasting time talking to Chase about this so my box is not checked, they can respond to any of my open internal complaints with other than "our hands are tied"!

I recently experienced a bait-and-switch scam with Amazon India and a third-party seller, Robotic India Store. I ordered a Dreame L10S Ultra Robot Vacuum for ₹29,999, but it was never delivered. Now, the price is ₹70,999, and Amazon only offers a refund, refusing to honor the original price. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received scripted, dismissive responses. However, when I arrived Madrid, it required me to verify by phone tel (SMS) which I couldn't receive SMS outside Hong Kong. Hence, I have to use other Apps.

The transfers on the T-shirts wear out before the fabric especially for designs that aren't one big solid piece of art. Redbubble sends mesh bags for washing and instructions that you shouldn't dry the shirts. I washed in cold in a machine with no agitator and never dried any of my shirts. Still most of the designs started to peel about one year later. The transfers feel plasticky and tacky/sticky. It's sad because the artists are amazing - it's a shame their designs aren't backed by quality production.Furthermore, 85% of the reviews here are either five star or one star 🤔 The one stars are real customers. Perhaps the 5 stars are a desperate attempt to bring up the rating?

TOO COMPETITIVE. It is not* an easy going learning app, you have daily goals and accomplishments you have to achieve and some of the tasks are impossible. They do not test knowledge, they test speed. Last time I checked I was learning a language not to be a NASCAR driver. Also, the players are extremely rude and competitive. The courses are inconsistent and don't teach you correctly. Also there is no live help. NONE. OVER ALL BAD PROGRAM.

Total scam. They will go above and beyond to avoid refunding you or canceling a subscription that they trick you into without you realizing it. There is no way to remove your card or cancel the subscription without calling them and over the phone they will do everything under the sun to make canceling impossible. I didn't even receive anything for my order on top of it. And the customer service guy "forwarded me" to the cancellation department only to forward me to nothing. When I tried calling back, I got ignored. The company is horrible. Probably the most scammy online company that I have ever made the mistake of giving money to. I want my refund!

It used to be a good channel, but now.......Firstly, it repeatedly shows, what has been rated the most annoying commercial in history, which is for Ignite TV.Secondly, and this is the main gripe, it constantly interrupts programs with CITY TV ads, ON TOP OF THE AD BREAKS ALREADY IN THE SHOW.
