My husbands account got hacked by scammers offering Oasis tickets for sale. Two friends were on the brink of paying when they messaged me to ask. Close shave. From FB they hacked his email and then our Amazon account. FB have not replied to any of our requests for help. Police have been informed just in case someone who does not know us goes ahead and buys the imaginary tickets. Friends have reported this to FB and got a reply that his profile does not go against their rules. Considering the email for his account has been changed to one in Russia when we live in Scotland and it is offering fake tickets....how can it not go against their rules? Thy could end up aiding these scammers to defraud someone but will not even engage to get this shut down. Disgusting service and stressful for us as older people.

Wish I could score them a zero. The number of times I have raised a complaint and completed the copyright form, people are using my YouTube content and posting it onto their TikTok. TikTok is just ignoring me despite the evidences I have sent them.

I stopped to buy some chocolates at the service station on the A14 at Kettering. Nothing wrong with the chocolates, the outside area or the layout of the shop, but the 'lady' behind the till appeared not to know the word 'please' although I gave her two opportunities to use it. A little training goes a long way.

I sent my phone in for a screen replacement because I thought the screen had cracks in, straightforward enough, and not cheap at £174 and change! After a week I was told it had no cracks, just scratches, which was a surprise but regardless I wanted it renewed, and had paid for this service. I contacted their team and was reassured that the damage was only superficial and it would actually be returned to me at no cost. Over the moon. Then I received the phone, still with my scratches, but also covered in scuff marks like it had been scraped along a tarmac road. I can’t begin to describe the feeling of being abused by Google like this. It is a shameful practice and one I completely fail to understand. The telephone rep[resentative really sounded genuine too. Sympathising and reassuring me that the phone would be returned in good condition ready for Christmas photos etc. Really quite sickening.

It's impossible to unsubscribe. I told them to cancel my subscription in November, and despite numberous emails saying they had cancelled the subscription they are still taking money from my account 4 months later.I've threatened them with legal action but it makes no difference. They are spectacularly incompetent.

What a crappy site this has become. Sellers lie and the support team always backs them up. Now buyers get to pay the sellers fees for them. Support also is total ai and is not a real human being or at the best, copied and pasted responses from a knowledge base!

Had my Kobo for about 8 months and the screen has broken without any actual damage happening to it! I take very good care of it and store it safely in two covers, yet the screen is barely responsive and there are lines across it. Contacted customer support who said I must have applied slightly too much pressure to the screen which breaks their screens and isn’t covered under warranty. My version is not repairable so there goes £350! I was offered £30 off a new one but at £350 and such a flimsy design there is absolutely no chance. Will never ever considering buying from them again and advise everyone to look elsewhere for options that can be repaired should any errors occur.

Significant variation in product quality and completely different from what advertised and Etsy customer service is horrible and aim to scam you with avoiding any return ir replacement if opened a case trying to fix an order where seller has provided very low quality product
