Would you stop do not do business with them

do not do business with them. I was thinking about doing business with them. They gave me a quote and I was gonna get new phones with them and everything and then they wouldn’t honor it. They claim that they couldn’t give it to me they want me paid twice as much do not do business with them Because they will not honor a quote that they give you.

Definitely my worst experience with the PlayStation. I've owned everyone from day 1. But the PlayStation 5 has been a really poor experience. I had issues from a couple of days in. Games crashing, disc read errors. I lived with these for a few months. But had enough when unrecognised disc error became more frequent. So I phoned Sony PlayStation support to sort it out. What a nightmare it became from their. You have to print labels and post yourself. With no guarantee the parcel will arrive safely. Then after about a week your get an email saying console still hasn't arrived About a further 2 weeks without anything. You get email saying console is on its way back. Received my PS5 with note saying no fault found. So updated and added everything back on to my console. What a surprise within days the fault was still there. So went through the whole nightmare process yet again. Got it back for the second time. But this time Sony UK seems to feel its fine to send you back a different refurbished PS5. Plus it had problems with the rest mode, putting its self back into rest mode. By now I'm fuming, can't be bothered to reset. Then reinstall everything, then phone Sony again to send back. Now I have been beaten, and just really frustrated and annoyed. By the whole crappie process, so I phoned to complain. Sony offered me a month PS+. Which I think is well below acceptable. So I've now sold my PS5 after factory resetting it. Because it left me deflated and completely let down with the whole process. Over 25 years of ownership of a PlayStation gone in a matter of months. and definitely will think twice about buying another PlayStation. Cheers Sony PlayStation UK for ruining my whole PlayStation experience

We went to Blickling Hall in Norfolk…

We went to Blickling Hall in Norfolk last week. We always like visiting here and do so most years. What a disappointment! First the public are now directed through the back way through the mostly unplanted vegetable garden, usually one of our favourite places, rather than the impressive front garden and entrance. The shop is now full of expensive toot rather than the wholesome lavender sprays, soaps, food items and interesting books they were well known for selling.So, we thought we would have something for lunch as the restaurant was nearly empty, but after queueing up behind three other people, who took so long to serve, due to very slow and inefficient system of serving, we gave up and left.No problem as the house was about to open.Well ! That didn’t take long as the first rooms were so dark we couldn’t see a thing. There was no hope of looking at the paintings as it was so dark, especially after coming in from a sunny day our eyes couldn’t adjust.Also several rooms were closed, so we were soon out of the side door before we knew where were were!Never mind, we love the gardens at the rear, with all the planted beds and herbaceous boarder’s.Again, such a disappointment, some of the beds were unplanted due to a weed problem! Being a gardener myself I have never heard of such a thing! And the lovely herbaceous boarders were overgrown and fenced off due to a structural problem!I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the entrance fee, us being members, surely a discount should have been offered if the place was now so poorly maintained?The best part of the day was when we left and were able to direct some incoming visitors, who were confused with where to get into the site. We directed them through the front way, so at least part of their visit may be enjoyable.So sad to take this once lovely place off our visiting list

For two weeks in a row, no delivery and no resolution. Just empty promises they will look into this. I wonder just what exactly am I paying for? Apparently for the priviledge of talking to FT agents every weekend to complain about non-delivery. Issue resolved after 4 weeks

SCAMMERS SELLING FAKE OASIS TICKETS ON MY HUSBANDS FB PAGE

My husbands account got hacked by scammers offering Oasis tickets for sale. Two friends were on the brink of paying when they messaged me to ask. Close shave. From FB they hacked his email and then our Amazon account. FB have not replied to any of our requests for help. Police have been informed just in case someone who does not know us goes ahead and buys the imaginary tickets. Friends have reported this to FB and got a reply that his profile does not go against their rules. Considering the email for his account has been changed to one in Russia when we live in Scotland and it is offering fake tickets....how can it not go against their rules? Thy could end up aiding these scammers to defraud someone but will not even engage to get this shut down. Disgusting service and stressful for us as older people.
