I love Hulu

I love Hulu, I watch most of my shows on this app😁 but I do have to say that I hate when I have viewed something and I like it after I leave that show they take away my like and I have to like it again so I have to say stop taking the tv shows, movies etc. away after I have liked it once even if I didn’t watch at that time don’t make me have to click like again please just remember what I have liked and keep it that way please this would help a lot of people out thank you!

Facebook has got extremely boring with so many ads even when you report it to them instead of them doing something about it they send you even more ads. So much for them caring about your privacy. When they say you won't see these ads again 12 hrs later you get double what you had before. You also say something as a joke with lol or lmao they block you for 30 days. But people get away with so much more than what you said. I HATE FACEBOOK NOW with a passion. Most of my contacts don't see my posts. Disgraceful disgusting

No consideration into my financial stability

I've run my website on BigCommerce for 10 years. They automatically upgrading my subscription when I just tipped over the threshold and I've been stuck in it for almost a year now. My sales for this year have been terrible and I've explained to them that I simply cannot afford to keep making the payments to them for the much more expensive price tier. I don't care about any of the feature upgrades that were given with the website upgrade, I just need to cut costs and they couldn't care less. It is now having a dramatic negative affect on my ability to stay in business.This is no way to treat a loyal customer who is now looking to take their business elsewhere for the next 10+ years.

Shockingly incredibly difficult to…

Shockingly incredibly difficult to cancel a subscription. Took over 30 minutes online with ‚Vilius‘ where I had to provide three forms of identification even though I had logged into my account to contact them! Obfuscated the whole way and would not respond for ages between messages. Obviously expecting me to give up and try another day. Terrible service and a shame for the journalists having to put up with the circus destroying the Times previous good name. AVOID

Microsoft customer support non existant

Never count on Microsoft for any support because you cant contact them and when you do get in contact they don't know what they are doing and its so pathetic, what a pathetic support system from a massive company, Americans get more support with healthcare and that's pretty much non existent there, same as support from a trash company like Microsoft!
