I got a terrible hard time and very disappointed with Chase just to close my IRA account after withdraws. I have been talking to the Customer services and sent out so many secure messages online but I never get one straight it out with my account still. I got all different instruction or answers each time I talked to a different person. Staffs are so untrained and irresponsible for what they did for customers. The total fees they charged were so high for withdraws, wired out and also from the recipient at the same Chase bank. I am so sure any one of my families will never banking with Chase again.

Ten years ago I should have red TrustPilot reviews of Chase Bank. When their rating is a 1 you don’t want to trust them!! However in this 10 years I have had a Chase Sapphire card, Chase Freedom Unlimited, Chase Slate, and a Chase Freedom cards. I paid off two of the cards last year and closed them. I have kept the Sapphire and Freedom Unlimited open. I have been doing business with Chase 10 years now and I want to state that up until today I have NEVER: been late, over my credit line (or even close), asked for a cash advance, or done even a balance transfer!! I pay my bills on time. I had major surgery on my spine/neck in November and was off work for almost 3 months. Between my loss of income after 1 month, large medical bills, and my wife having to care for me, we had financial difficulties. We ended up having to use some of our credit cards just to get by. NOT ONCE did we fail to pay our payments to EVERYONE, but our balances did go up. We went from 21% debt ratio to almost 30%. When Barclays saw that, and my score declining, they reacted by dropping my credit line down to within a few hundred dollars of my balances. Within 2 weeks 2 of the bureaus dropped our score even further, showing we were using 90% of our credit lines instead 20% - DUE TO THEIR ACTIONS! It’s good t know that you can have a stellar record of payment for years and they don’t care. I have proof of the thousands of $$$’s of doctor bills we incurred, and my credit report proves we never missed a single payment to Chase Bank or anyone else during the last 6 months, or for the last 10 years!!! However, Chase could care less! They took action that made our situation even worse and they know it. I tried talking to the people at the Bank but it was useless. Their only reply “we will review your accounts in 6 to 12 months to see if your situation improves. In talking with a Credit Attorney he told us it could take up to TWO YEARS to get all of this corrected, not just a few months. He was surprised that we had the payment record we have across ALL our creditors, and Chase ignored our records. Never trust a Bank - especially Chase!!

I like uber cause I consider it pretty fast and comfortable but the thing that puts me off sometimes is when you schedule a ride and the driver tries to pick you up earlier. I had a situation yesterday, had to get a taxi home after work as there was a heavy rain outside so I scheduled a drive in advance for 18:05 (as in Ireland it might be problematic to get a taxi during heavy rain) and then at 17:50 I got a call from a driver saying he was there already. I told him I ordered a taxi for a specific time and can’t go now as I’m still in work and what I heard in reply was “I can’t wait THAT long” in a rude annoyed tone. I told him again that there’s a reason for me to schedule a ride because I am working and can’t get out earlier to which he only said “I want to cancel, I’m gonna cancel” in an annoyed tone again. In the end he did cancel it but the new driver was found pretty fast which is good. Would’ve given a better review if some drivers weren’t like this

Oh NO!! Should have read these now I'm screwed. They messed up my domain. Blocked my Google workspace connecting to it. Messed up transferring my domain and as a new business looking to go live, I'm royally screwed. No reply of course. Stuck now and no clue how to resolve it.Seems like they outsource to somewhere cheap and they have no clue.

There is absolutely no way to contact customer support as a free consumer user. I'm a student and I keep getting error 1132, and they're absolutely doing nothing to fix this. On their website and their pathetic chat bot, no where does it explains what error 1132 means! I can't use their app on my phone, and I'm just so infuriated and angry at the lack of customer support. Why in the hell do I need to pay for Pro to get customer support? This app is the worst!

I tried to place an order on Macys.com with an 3rd party gift card. Not only the transaction was cancelled but Macy's forever ban me to shop on Macys.com. I have been a customer for a long time and they told me its a business decision to ban me and no channel to protest. What a good way to do business.

The single worst customer service experience I have had and unfortunately it is still ongoing. I've had a ticket open with Logitech for almost two months as there software doesn't work. I have been asked by the same advisor to supply the same information on about 5 occasions. I've now(almost 2 months down the line) been asked to supply the same information again by his supposed superior. Avoid at all all costs. When something goes wrong the support is abysmal.

I am so cross with myself for not checking these reviews before I ordered. I cancelled my order but they wouldn’t as apparently it had already progressed in the system. The advice was to either refuse the delivery or return the item myself. I refused the delivery. Two weeks on and I still haven’t had a refund which I now have to go through PayPal to get back and that takes weeks. I suppose I am lucky as Paypal will pay me back. DO NOT USE. They have emailed me saying that my review of their company won’t be published as it doesn’t meet company criteria 😂
