Had the WORST experiences with the customer care. In the middle of the conversation they just closed the chat. I have a lot of questions and they are not answering this at all. AT&T is the absolute WORST!!! My father in law passed away right after Christmas time in 2023. Unfortunately, right before his passing his cellphone was stolen. We have since been going through probate which has been smooth except for AT&T. Do not ever buy anything from them. First off, they require you to have a PIN. If you do not have this PIN, you cannot gain access to any information. When we first tried to contact AT&T regarding my father in law's passing, we were asked for a PIN. Well, I know this is hard to understand but my father in law is dead and cannot give us his PIN. We guessed every amount of relevant numbers we could thing of and none of them worked. Mind you, we had his social security number, his date of birth, his cremated remains, his mother's death certificate; anything and everything you'd need to resolve these accounts. Instead we were told over and over again that they would send a link to reset his PIN to his stolen phone. It was like a Saturday Night Live sketch where we tried to explain that we didn't have the phone. After almost a year of dealing with them, they have now told us that we need to go into the corporate office to get a letter so that we can give it to our lawyer saying there is no financial responsibility but was told by the staff at the corporate office that without the PIN there is no way to see if there is financial responsibility. So even if we had a check for all the money needed to pay down the account, without the PIN number we would not be able to pay on the account. On another note, one of the employees that works for the corporate office told us that he had the EXACT SAME issue and it took 2 YEARS to resolve!! How is this still an issue with this company?? NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AT&T!!

I was considering using performance boosting software for my laptop but am reluctant after many incidents with the blue screen of death appearing due to the software messing with the registry.Despite renewing my internet security in December I was pestered by an advert from McAfee to boost my laptop’s performance and at an offer. There’s nothing to say it was only up until December as subscriptions are generally for year.So the discounted offer was a bit of a con with it being for under 10 months up until the internet security subscription runs out.I have finally decided to finish with McAfee and look somewhere else.

How I detest the inappropriate and intrusive ads that pop up. We've recently been bereaved and can I get rid of the ad promoting some funeral plan? Only by "personalising" my settings. I don't want any of their wretched ads, and since I suspect everything I do online is monitored to generate ads I don't want a further deluge of insensitively-timed ads.

I have called more than 10 times complaining about leaving old scores, such as English Premier league for so many days. I don’t understand why they keep them for so many days posted. it does not make sense. You need to always refresh and put new daily scores for everything.

i was on holiday to Morocco , before booking any tour i have read reviews , unfortuanetly the company i booked with they have more than 99/100 fake reviews , my ecperience was a nightmare , when i double check i fou d out i was right and the reviews were fake and wrote by tbe same style and same person , the funny things all reviewers were new accounts and posting only 1 review , 1 five stars review. my tripadvisor experience really bad and if you want to have peace in mind dont believe the riews right there. Sorry tripadvisor but i will never use you again. 100/100 NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst experience ever. I ordered for washer and dryer and it was supposed to be delivered sometime in June 2022 and the last mile delivery company XPO logistics said due to over capacity they need to re-schedule and they kept saying that each time they confirm a delivery date and nothing was delivered as promised. I ended up cancelling the order but it's taking ages to get the refund and each time I call the customer care, they create a ticket and then back into the black hole. Samsung should respect and value their customer's time and money. I'm never buying any samsung product online.
