So glad to find Collin Dobbs as my gear advisor. He is super knowledgeable and dependable. I love playing guitar and enjoy finding good deals on equipment. Good selection of both new and used stuff. When buying used and not satisfied with quality, I have never had any problem with returning it. I hope this never changes.

Not worthy even one star. No matter what service you select, they will always find a way to say, "oh, that service package will not give you what you want, you need to buy this". Phone support 45 minute wait and then a disconnect. Chat support at the very least terse, if not rude. More cut and paste than answers. You must repeat your problem three times before recognition.

8 days and still waiting for an answer to my email to support after reporting an issue to be resolved more than 3 weeks ago and still waiting. Why does an online retailer think that slow tech and or customer service is ok??? Why dont you respond to emails sent to your customer service email, whats the problem, why must I chase you for a very simple query which you are struggling to understand??

They do keep your crypto safe. Never been hacked from what I know. But they've become really shit after hiring compliance officers. My account locked after tourists visit to two countries. Support doesnt reply. No service. No functioning support. They want a case number but you cant open a case because they've closed that support option. Very smart.Then I hear three of my friends have been locked for various silly reasons. Its borderline criminal what theyre doing while wanting to "follow the law".
