Time To Switch Platforms I Think.

Been a long standing customer of Xbox since the 360 days but I think the time has come for me to seek greener gaming pastures elsewhere because they seem more concerned with the acquisition of other gaming companies at the moment rather than committing to its customers and releasing more AAA titles. Even the ones we received recently like the absolute car crash that was Redfall which even with it's many Patch Updates is buggy as hell then we have Starfield which lets face it is just Fallout with a Space backdrop not to mention bugs that will have your Ship taking off without you in it, it's issues like this that have left the majority of the Xbox community feeling underwhelmed and cheated and who can blame them with the increase in game pass cost to existing customers and a hefty £470 asking price for their latest gen console for new customers. Time to give Sony PlayStation a go I think.

Customer service is absolutely useless, they make the experience so painful, its beyond belief. It takes them ages to respond to emails, the options are very complicated and unhelpful. Overall, very disappointed

I hate writing bad reviews - BUT...

I hate writing bad reviews but I spent a lot of money on Garmin products, only to have my knees cut off from under me as their interface - Garmin Express, utterly sucks. I own a Fenix 6x Pro Solar, a Garmin Edge 1030 Plus, a Garmin Varia RTL515 and a Garmin InReach mini. All of which are supposed to integrate but don't. Then when you plug them into your computer and run Garmin Express it says 'plug your device in' when the device says its connected and it shows on your computer as connected. It is time to move away from Garmin. That coming from a guy who bought into what Garmin said their devices would do but don't. Trust me - save yourself headaches and money - seek alternatives!!!

AVOID THIS WITH A TEN FOOT POLEI paid for my yearly subscription with my card as i always do. payment went through. Next day they block my account without warning. i spend 3 days in customer support hell (really, worst i've ever experienced), until they tell me that my account is back, but that they had an internal issue and i don't have access to my premium features. This has made me lose sleep for 3 nights, i am probably going to lose clients because of the projects i have to submit in the upcoming days.

Entreaties by text met with crickets.

After a great experience using their free service, I signed up for their Pro level account. After having upgraded, I was unable to actually use the paid service, even after receiving multiple detailed directions from their ai assistant. Nothing that was suggested worked. I was then told I would be contacted by a human. This was several days ago and no one has contacted me. I also tried contacting them via their support email with the same result. No response from anyone. No indication that a ticket has been opened. Were it not for their amazing Claude coding assistant I would think this entire company is a money making scam. Hoping to eventually hear from someone in which case I will update this review.

Appalling customer support and buggy platform

At this point, it's just hilarious, and I feel like I must be on a tv show where they prank people and laugh at their frustration.A user bought digital assets from my store but gumroad was not allowing them to download them. When I reported this to gumroad, they blamed the user for the problem and provided advice that was not relevant. I refunded the user, and asked gumroad if they could still try to look into the issue, and gumroad said that they couldn't fix the issue now, blaming ME because I refunded the user! The response I got was "I literally can't rectify anything right now, sorry. There's no solution right now besides the customer buying the product again."Later, all of the files (about 50) in my subscription product suddenly disappeared. And when I asked what happened or how to get them back they replied: "We didn't delete them, sorry. Best, Cheryl, Manager of Support Gumroad". That's the whole email. I asked what they could do to help fix the issue, and they said "I'm sorry that I'm not providing you with the service you expect, but I'm not sure what you'd like me to do Gavin? You deleted the product. You don't want to sell the product anymore. What steps can I take to make you happy?" The platform has issues and the customer support (at least from Cheryl) is unhelpful and condescending.

This is a review for the Waupun… store manager ego out of control

This is a review for the Waupun Wisconsin location. Store manager’s ego is out of control… bought generator that was a black Friday deal and was damaged during shipping. a plastic cover over the inverter was cracked and possibly damage the inverter. I did the five hour break-in and the generator was not charging the battery, the remote start would not work. I initiated the online refund but never heard anything back so I took it to the store on the 29th day because it was my last day to return it and the store manager kept saying oh well I need to look at it I need more information and basically telling me that she’s not gonna refund it, but maybe try to get it working or exchange it for a different one. And I said no this is bullshit and then she’s like don’t swear at me. I told you last time not to swear at me… I was like last time I never met you, lady. What are you talking about? So I got pissed. She basically said kick rocks so I left called customer service and they said no problem. Will send you a UPS shipping sticker. You can send it back to us and we will refund you. Literally that easy ! Horrible customer service at Waupun location. She was trying to make it seem like all people use the crap out of these things for 30 days and then they return them and I was like I literally only did the five hour break in. You can check the hours it’s gonna say five or six hours on it.
