Hello,I purchased FontAwesome Pro so I could get some extra icons. I then integrated it into my project and discovered FontAwesome has icons for a million different genders which is sickening and against my religion. There is only 2 genders and I can not financially support people who believe otherwise. I nicely contacted their support and told them this is forbidden in my religion and asked for a refund. They denied my refund. Evil company ran by people with a woke agenda.

Zara is AWFUL. I received a parcel unfortunately right after I got out of a very serious surgery. I was laid up on the couch and unable to move. The jeans had a terrible red mark on the inside that looked almost like paint. It was a very big mark. I talked to the live chat. The system threw me off three times and all the chat could say to me was drop it at a drop point or at the shop. When I explained there was no shop for over an hours drive and I couldn't get off the couch they suggested a friend drop it off at the shop....no "karen" it's still far away. Anyway all of this was mute as I was telling there was no chance of me returning it in time and I love the jeans so could they give me any info on what it may be and how to remove it. I then tried the face book page and got a very rude person tell me I could not get my money back unless (say it with me) I dropped it at the shop or a drop off point. They wanted no part of what I was actually asking them. The answer was...I believe the chat helped you goodbye. I sat with my mouth open. I had actually screenshoted the rudeness of the chat and sent it to show her on Facebook....could not have cared less, did not even address it!! My last reply was that I would NEVER shop at Zara again. Of course, no reply to that at all. I have completely changed my wardrobe this year with quality brands. I have spent soooo much money this year. Zara will not get another cent from me.

Eeek. Terrible customer service and cheap, low quality clothing. My situation: I requested to return a faulty item at the start of the Feb – a pair of socks that had shrunk, bobbled and become unwearable after one cool water wash. I was sent a return label by Zara and I posted the item on the 5th February. According to the tracking it was received back to Zara 12 days ago. Seeing as 12 days had passed and I hadn't received an email or refund, I decided to contact Zara today to investigate further. The chat function wasn't working so I sent a message on Facebook instead. I sent all details of the return and original order, a copy of my paper receipt along with the tracking details for the shipping label they provided (the latter all clearly shown on my Zara account). Today Zara has told me they can't refund me because the item has not been physically received by the warehouse. Very confused as Zara provided the shipping label, and the item was received back to Zara 12 days ago – yet, they are telling me it hasn't been received by their warehouse? They seem to be refusing any liability for 1. a faulty item, and 2. a shipping label they provided that clearly shows tracking details and a delivery of aforementioned return. Unfortunately I will be forced to report them to trading standards if this isn't resolved in the next few days... hopefully they will see this and rectify the situation asap!

Worst software and hardware. They make scam printers with scam cartridges of ink that are programmed to make the printer stop after just a few pages so you have to go buy more and they cost an arm and a leg. I bought a 2000$ Omen laptop from them 4 years ago and their software coupled with mediocre experience and value doesn't impress at all. These clowns need to feel the consequences of their lies and blatant theft. We as consumers need to do better and avoid these con-men.

New egg used to be a trusted company a decade or so ago.. I don't know if they've changed their domain name or what ? But they are now using market sellers. I purchased a gigabyte Aurora 3070 master video card Through new egg supplied by Smith's computer market. They have taken my money and are not honoring the sale /canceled. it on me through new egg and now say I must buy it at a much higher price than I already had which is over retail by several $100. I will never use new egg again I am begging anybody that reads these reviews before they shop at new egg don't do it. pay a little more at Amazon and you will be OK shop at new egg and chances are you are definitely going to regret it. And whatever you do don't trust, Smith's computer market. After I do this review I am contacting my banks fraud department.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FARMED OUT OVER SEAS WHICH STINKS. AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS THEY MADE SOME INTERNAL CHANGES TO THERE SYSTEM. I PROVIDED THE INFORMATION AND THE WHEELS STILL FELL OFF. SO AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND PAID OFF YOU HAVE TO STILL SEE IT ON YOUR APP FOR 542 DAYS!! THAT IS 2026 !!! STAY CLEAR.. I WOULD GIVE THEM -10 NEGATIVE STARS ON A 1-10 SCALE:(

I have been going round in circles. I had not intended to renew my premium subscription but Dashlane renewed it and took payment 2 days early. I have raised customer support requests asking for a refund but no response despite multiple requests. I have tried the chat but the bot doesn’t want to connect me with a person. Not impressed

I lost my account and business page because my personal account was hacked and after this the system/algorithm didn't let me verify my age. There's is no help, no customer service, no contact e-mail, facebook/meta absolutely ignores it's customers/users. The platform was a sinkhole anyway, hateful, racist, homophobic comments never "violated the facebook's terms" and it was useless to report them. Avoid this social media if you can.
