Really poor customer service. Placed an order for $1000 worth of shirt and a couple of prints were woefully done. Very crooked, clearly nothing like what the site advertised. Submitted a return request with the pics only to be told i need to provide tape measure photos etc. Second and third communications ignored!

Has anyone from Ebay actually used their own platform? Its such a painful and annoying experience, I am shcoked the company has not gone bankrupt yet with such a horrible user experience. Trying to buy something on Ebay and its such a pain.. It's only because I found a unique item that cant be found elsewhere, otherwise would not ever use this rubbish website again

received a generic email offering a "free check" of data leaks based on email address... checked first of 3 email addresses and 2 ok.. 3rd one came up with "3 leaks detected"....as a matter of interest i opted to check the first 2 again and surprise surprise suddenly these also had 3 leaks!Is this poor/scam advertising?? seems like complete scaremongering?? will be reviewing my renewal with you after 3 years of staying with you consistently!

Customer service is terrible. They give you no opportunity to actually have a conversation, they respond their copy pasted responses and disappear. Our food arrived wrong once. Then the re order was cold. They gave us $5 bucks for it. No thanks. I wanted to talk to an actual human who cares, but this is not it. Get some better customer service, or do you not care actually about customer experience? You can afford not to.

Absolutely diabolical!!! Such a rip off really do not bother wasting the money!!!! They can’t even get the title and picture correct the newest one uploaded says 22 jump street on the picture, once selected takes you to 21 jump street is it really that hard it sort of explains everything when you can’t even upload the new movies everyday correctly, if you upload them at all it should be called new movies everyday if we can be assed!!! Also the majority of movies and series are so rubbish they are unwatchable they are truly garbage and that’s kind to be honest I’m glad I watch for free through another account who only have it for the prime postage haha But put simply if you doing it for the prime videos just save your money as you’ll probably be sorely disappointed!!!!

Absolutely appalling company!!! Advertised a service at a monthly fee, then take the whole yearly subscription amount, this is false advertising and I will be consulting trading standards. Requested a refund but they will not allow this and just sent alternative payment amounts, making you think you are getting a better deal, which of course you are not. I am sick to death of companies taking advantage of people and then having to take the time to sort it out. I will also be contacting Paypal with a detailed complaint.
