Ordered watch…paid for watch…never recieved watch.2 weeks later and still no refund.Mistake or not the orders should be fulfilled or I don’t see Garmin recovering from this. Hey Garmin…give us our orders and we will remove our 1 star reviews :) 20% discount or not I won’t be buying from Garmin…Ever
Review of fandango
I will not use this site again to purchase movie tickets. My family and I was unable to make the movie d/t a last minute emergency situation. I contacted customer service and I was told there is a strict no refund policy. I am awaiting an email from the cooperate office, however I feel that this is unacceptable customer service! The fandango staff can see that tickets have not been scanned. They can also see that I have purchased tickets in the past and not had issues (this is not a habitual problem, asking for a refund!). I will buy my movie tickets onsite from now on. In do not recommend this site!

Customer service is near non existent. When things go wrong do not expect for them to be resolved in a timely manner. Livechat when you are connected to an agent is not different to speaking to a bot. They repeat the same exact things. Getting someone on the phone? expect to wait hours on end.

I used to like banking with Wells Fargo, but like many other people here have said the service is awful, transactions take too long to "pend" and they place holds on your check deposits and they won't be made available until next week. I f**king hate this bank ! You're a fool if you sign up with them. Go to Chase or Bank of America.
Review of southwest
I've flown 3 times this year on Southwest and at each interval I have had a great experience, even when things went wrong. During my most recent flight my app wasn't letting me display the boarding pass, but the counter agent remedied that immediately with a printed ticket. I called in on a few occasions to have an agent book my flight and I didn't wait a long time. They were helpful and informative. The flights were from Long Beach Airport and Sacramento and at each location it was easy to board/deplane. The prices are well within reason and the process to book is very simple.

I bought a lot of Lenovo Smartphones, tablets and laptops and have been satisfied with the quality/ratio but their support and service is non existing. It been impossible to get a clear answer from Lenovo 1: where can I buy a new display for a tablet I bought less than one year ago, alternatively 2: where can I have the tablet fixed in Germany or in Thailand and what does it cost.It seem as they don't really care.If you buy their products don't expect any service.Have a look at their page on Facebook. They only respond on positive posts but never on negative ones. Maybe that's to much work as there is a lot of them.

I did my homework and the Lenovo Flex 5 suppose to be the best. I cannot print straight from a document but only from my HP app. I called customer support (one year of which comes with the device) and noone will help without my paying for technical assistance. Apparently it is a software problem but all software support will do is refer me to the paid support number I figured out reconfiguring the driver might help. I tried this but the reconfiguration gets stuck on step 2 out of 3, still not a Lenovo problem I am told. If you want customer support stay away from these products.

Ordered a laptop as I have many times. Did NOT choose any extended support or support services at all. When the confirmation email arrived it showed that I requested and additional 300$ worth of support. When I called the VERY NEXT DAY, I was told it could not be cancelled or changed. I will never buy another DELL product again. The package arrived much sooner than anticipated, as though they were afraid I'd cancel or complain. The package was wet and had FOOTPRINTS all over it.

c.e. schmidt winter coat. wore only 6 times and the zipper fell apart on coat and tractor supply said tuff luck we only warranty coats for 30 days after that it your problem. there coats are junk and they dont stand behind what they sell, so i will never shop at this store again. you get better return policy from amazon.this is why stores are going out of business. you get better customer service from amazon.

I just purchased a family plan and could immediately get a refund after I figured out there was no straightforward Yubikey support for Firefox. With a proper Yubikey support, I would really be happy to use Dashlane. Great support experience in terms of communication.
