Review of google

Getting worse and worse

Getting worse and worse. Google search now has ads and disinformation.Google Maps has so much wrong information and so many errors (i.e walking routes, public transport) I have given up reporting it. Gmail still does not have the ease of use or search function Outlook has.

Don't waste your time

Signed up for the seven-day free trial. The Excel class that I took wasn't bad and I did actually learn from it. I took the course because it promised that I would get a certificate after completing and passing the course. I got the course done well within the free trial period and I passed with a 90%, but of course once I completed it...THAT it when it decided to tell me that I would not receive the certificate until the day after my seven-day free trial ended. I would have to wait until I was charged the $49 to get my certificate, even though I already completed the course. A typical bait and switch advertising ploy to get your money. Wasted hours of my time for nothing.

Sgaines upon Thames store.

I visited the Staines store to purchase a ring for my girlfriend. Clueless isnt the word but the man in the store really did all he could to help me make a desicion based on just a picture that i had of her other ring that i was trying to stack with. Will be returning to the store for future advice and purchases and seeing to be served by the gentleman, didnt get his name but tried to tip him and he politely declined. Nice to see that good service is still out there and not just for a tip. Hats off to you mate you'll go far.

Rude large Asian lady (Sans) whitecity

Dear PandoraI am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shoppingThe issue that I have experienced was: I came into the store on the 31.03.25 and stood for about 10 mins while the assistant Sans was available the (large built Asian lady) - just stood there staring at me I then approached her and asked her if she had my ring in the size I needed as I needed to exchange this and had a receipt she refused and said no we can’t help in a very rude abrupt way - she then glided my receipt back to me / I then came across angie who was honestly so lovely and helpful she found my size despite Sans saying that they did not have my size and proceeded to tell me to go to Marble Arch instead - Angie found 8 sizes and helped me try these on - while Angie was helping me Sans was whispering something to her to not help me - Angie felt very uncomfortable and kept apologising for her collegue - to the point she even said I’m so sorry for her - she’s like this - this is unacceptable behaviour and completely put me off Pandora Westfield the large Asian lady really needs to learn some manners !! It occurred on: 2025-03-31This meant that This made me feel very uncomfortable - and I did not wish to shop at this store at all ! Give her some training in customer service I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. Every order that arrived was damaged then sent to wrong address

Every order that arrived was damaged. We call up to replace. Second order arrives damaged. We call a second time to complain and re-order, third delivery arrives at an old address that hasn’t been used for over two years and was nothing to do with previous ordered. Phoning up a third time. Wish me luck.

Care.com won't pay me for work that has been completed

Care.com has not paid me for work I did months ago. I have contacted them four times and every time I have to start from the very beginning and explain the whole problem. Then they offer the same solution that has already failed to work four times. They have stolen my wages.

Review of ticketmaster

Concert great/venue a bit chaotic

Concert was great even with rain delay. A lot of confusion for attendees on where to line up to enter venue and extremely slow process. Announcements regarding delay/proceeding with concert could not be heard inside concourse; a text message would have been helpful to attendees- especially for non English speakers who didn’t understand. But the venue staff were nice. Thank you!!
