Purchased some mop heads, delivery was over a week but we were willing to wait, then the delivery date changed and the altered date passed, it said this item is out of stock. These were in stock when ordered, I left honest feedback but a day later got a message from the Ridicules company saying they would not post it. It seems Amazon will only allow GOOD feedback, so how on earth re us buyers supposed to make an informed choice. I would add that this is a breach of trading standards.

On 01/15 I placed an order for a textbook for an expected delivery date of 01/19. On the v afternoon of 01/19 I checked the tracking for the textbook and it showed shipped (not out for delivery) and no location point. I reached out to Chegg customer service and waited for 1 hour 45 minutes to speak to a representative. Asked the status as to when to expect the order to be told there is no update and expected delivery date. Needing the textbook I asked is there anything that can be done. My only option was to wait. I asked is there an option for temporary ebook the young lady customer person was so rude she started to talk over me when asked what the options are as if she didn’t care. Of course they don’t but instead of her listening it seemed that the concern for the status as to when the Oder would be received was being ignored. I felt frustrated during our conversation as I sensed some challenges in communication. It seemed like my explanations were being interrupted by the young lady speaking while I spoke as if to be dismissive. I value clear communication and hope we can address my concerns more effectively.I’m currently waiting for the book to arrive so I can immediately return it a not utilize the service again. *** waited to long to speak to someone as well. You have to do better than that (1 hr 45 min) I waited that long because I needed the book and the status of where the book is and when can I expect it.

NEVER AGAIN. Don't sign up with them because they will never stop taking your money even if you close the account. I went through the laborious steps of closing my account, and received confirmation it was closed, and they STILL bill me every month. There's no way to reach customer service that I can find online. I thought maybe my account is still open somehow, but now when I try and log in, it says there's an error. Every time. (Probably because the account is closed!) Feels like fraud and deception to me. My only option is to close my business credit card so they will stop taking my money which is a huge inconvenience because that's not the only bill I'm paying with that card. But until I do that, they will continue to happily debit my account every month. Whatever happened to ethical business practices??

THIEVING TRASH APPI left an item in their car. The driver confirmed he had found my item and I was ready to pay the $20 returning fee. Fast forward 3 weeks. Both the driver and my item are still gone. Lyft hasn’t even offered a refund, some credit ANYTHING. They keep on telling me I have to wait. This, plus all the times the waiting time gets miscalculated. Tell me how 3 minutes turn into 7?!It’s such a piece of crap app I don’t know how they’re still in business.

So my credit card expired. They somehow locked my printer so I couldn't use it. I was horrified so I cancelled my ink subscription. They kept it locked. I have now updated the billing information and I hope they will unlock my printer. There is no one to call, no support I can reach. I hope I don't have to throw the printer out but at this point it might be just as well to buy a product that can't be hijacked remotely.

This company can certainly improve and should improve itself by simply sticking to what they say and comply with their own regulations!!! I am still waiting for an annual refund, that the company itself agreed that I should receive from them!!!!!!!

Very dodgy. Autosigns you into an annual subscription without authorization after free trial, keeps billing you. no way of cancelling it yourself. if you do cancel you have to pay upfront fees, and they cancel all your pre-paid credits. In my case, they said you'd be able to have more time to use credits free, that why won't sign you up for another 12 months, and yet, they automatically did. Unrealiable and unprofessional business practices. I suggest you avoid if you can. it's a rip-off.

Well I logged in after a hiatus from music.We have been in lockdown on and off and times have been rough. But now music venues are opening again so I can play Open Mic and carry on with my music.About Reverbnation.com, firstly something like 2 Albums worth of releases have been taken off all platforms because my card expired and received a new one recently. I guess because Reverbnation didn't get paid instantly they just pull all of your tracks.Half my tracks were missing from my page as well or de-activated because I had a Premium membership too which didn't renew because I hadn't logged in to put my new card details in. So beware of that if you upload in Lossless formats like .Wav and you have a Premium account these tracks will disappear if you do not pay up.Finally I ordered a couple of Crowd Reviews, on one track I was rewarded 4/10. It was baffling to read with some people saying that the Vocals and Singer were 'Excellent' and then I got this comment from someone ''The only redeeming thing about this song is the music which is lovely. The person "singing" has a voice that will give anyone a headache, like nails on a chalkboard.''Now if you ask me that is just plain abusive and that wasn't even the worst comment that I received in this Crowd Review. I understand that my voice isn't the best at the moment, just started vocal training again as my school has been closed for nearly 2 years in the pandemic. I know my music and vocal needs a lot of work and that is exactly what I am doing. I paid for crowd reviews for constructive feedback, not to be straight up Insulted!Thanks a bunch Reverbnation.Oh and goodbye, there are much better platforms out there that don't hold take your music down the moment you stop paying.
