Review of adafruit
I bought three adafruit feather fona boards. One was working as expected, but the other two weren't recognized by my pc (since one was recognized correctly, it can't be a driver issue...). So I wrote a post in their forum (which is the only official kind of support they offer) but got no response. When sending an email, they only point you to the forums and that the will tell their support staff to have a look at my post. But, of course, nothing happened and my next mail was simply ignored. Worst customer experience ever - every shop on aliexpress has better customer support...

Review of twilio
Indian accented man calling me 'M'am' called from 01244007863 which is a Twilio phone number. First he claimed to be from O2, then Virgin. Clearly Twilio are being used by an Indian Scamming Call Centre. Blocked. Appalling activity by an Irish company.
Review of salesforce
After using this platform for years, and dealing with the same old straightforward problems that can never seem to get fixed while new problems pile on top of old problems with each new product "enhancement," I'm convinced that the term "Salesforce tech support" is an oxymoron, because even they don't know how it works either. My company has hired consultants again and again to "fix" this thing and make it run as promised and several years later, it has yet to happen. Why does Salesforce have this stellar reputation? I think it's because they are smart enough to pitch the product to enough large company decision-makers that they know will never have to touch it. As the money keeps rolling in from larger clients with bigger budgets, it's so far been off-setting the immediate dissatisfaction of smaller companies whose biggest stakeholders get to see firsthand how awful it is and cut their losses quickly. Or maybe because this enduring refrain from Salesforce that it will run once you find the "right" IT person or whatever has yet to have its big bubble popped. ATTENTION company decision-makers: if your org uses this product and the train is still on the tracks it's only because you have talented employees devoting too much time finding workarounds of this useless, money vampire calling itself a CRM. To everyone else: If you or your company is thinking about taking the Salesforce bait, don't. Just don't. Find a way to keep away and stay away. There are other CRMs out there.
Review of neilpatel
I have to give them one star because from the very beginning it is clear that this team is not bounded to their promises. While signing up, they claim they get back to you within 24 hours or a business day. I signed up and now 3 or 4 days have passed. My mobile is always on and I check my emails every couple of hours. I contacted another company and I'm happy that I managed to get to know this team's commitment right at the beginning.
Review of msn
How has it become a massive MSN report about mat Hancock today about quitting from health advisor omg,all I've seen on MSN and the news ova the last 17 months is about how covid is this and that and how bad it is, yesterday apparently it's raised 20% in one day but yet today not one mention about the covid increase.do the government pick and choose when covid drops/raises....😆😆 Covid stops spreading when there's something else to make a big issue about omg what a very intelligent virus we have..I'm so glad the virus can take time out to let the government chat more rubbish, well at least we will see tomorrow on MSN about the virus rising again but not today, thankyou covid for stopping the spread for a day while the government have a bf lol

Review of smallpdf
I have used Smallpdf for several years, I started at a time I need to work with a multitude of documents on regular basis. I now use it for for so many things, work and personal. The service and support I have received has been nothing short of amazing, a support service that is actually there and resolves issues quickly! It is easy to use, has a large range of features. I have tried others and nowhere the quality or support.

Prepare to waste your life if you don’t have stable internet… Recording the same things 3-5 x times when the internet gets knocked even for a second (with no error messages or anything until right at the end when it doesn’t fully upload) will elevate your stress levels like crazy. I had to re-record 45 minute tutorials THREE TIMES before giving up and recording the screen through Quicktime instead.Avoid using this if you don’t have PERFECT internet.
Review of irs
I filed my taxes back in April 2021 it is now mid September 2021 (5months) and I’m still waiting on my tax return. Nobody at any IRS office is ever able to every provide me with any information regarding when I will receive my return along with the customer service number. I’ve provided all necessary documents and still nothing.

Review of yelp
Awful service with many hidden pitfalls. We tried a free trial month for having our business advertised on Yelp (the return on investment was 0, by the way) and before the trial ended we went to our account and canceled the advertising. 3 MONTHS later we noticed that the corporate credit card was charged more than $700 from Yelp, while we received no invoice or notifications from them for this whole period. When we finally got a hold of their reps, they told us that we were supposed to go somewhere else and cancel ADDITIONAL services, not just the trial account to stop advertising, and now there is nothing they can do about it. It very much seems like a shady way to profit from misinformation and gaps in communication. Would never use it again.
Review of outlook
They have non existent standards so that when someone hacks your account they can block you from it whilst hackers run wild. DO NOT USE OUTLOOK IT IS NOT SAFE! I have had one account totally blocked despite providing them with fully valid security information and have just list access to another - this always happens over night to catch you unaware.Outlook are a scam company to extort info - using them is a major security risk - DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT!They're tests to prove you are not a robot are discriminatory against those with less than 20:20 vision Avoid this sham
Review of Microsoft
Your Excel Exam Is an Absolute EmbarrassmentDear Microsoft (or whoever let this flaming garbage heap of an exam see the light of day),What in the ever-loving name of mediocrity is this so-called "Excel exam"? I have never encountered such a steaming pile of incompetence disguised as a professional certification. Let me spell it out for you: this exam is an insult to anyone with functioning brain cells, let alone people who actually know how to use Excel.Let’s talk about the time limit. Whoever thought, "Hey, let’s give people barely enough time to breathe, let alone complete a task," deserves an award—for sheer stupidity. Do you honestly think this is how Excel is used in real life? People aren’t solving spreadsheets in 30 seconds with their boss screaming in their ear. But hey, congrats on designing an exam that perfectly replicates the feeling of trying to defuse a bomb. Spoiler: that’s not a skill anyone asked for.Now onto the questions. Or should I say riddles? Because trying to decipher what you’re asking feels like solving a Sudoku puzzle written in hieroglyphics. Were these questions tested on anyone? Or did you just let an algorithm spit them out and call it a day? Half the time, I wasn’t even sure if I was answering the question correctly because the instructions were so vague they might as well have been written in Morse code. Clarity is not a luxury—it’s a BASIC REQUIREMENT. Get it together. Here’s the kicker: this exam isn’t just bad. It’s actively harmful. It’s a waste of time, money, and energy for anyone who dares to take it. People sign up for this certification expecting a fair and professional assessment of their skills. What they get is a chaotic mess that tests nothing but how fast they can guess their way through poorly written nonsense. Honestly, it feels like this exam was designed as a joke to see how many people you could frustrate at once.Microsoft, you’re supposed to be the gold standard for software. Instead, you’re out here running what feels like an amateur hour at the local community center. How do you not see how embarrassing this is? You’re tarnishing your own reputation with this disaster of an exam. Here’s what you need to do (assuming you care, though I’m seriously starting to doubt that):Scrap the time limit. No one—and I mean NO ONE—uses Excel at lightning speed for critical tasks. Stop being ridiculous.Burn the questions and start over. Hire someone with actual knowledge of Excel AND basic communication skills to rewrite them.Test the exam before releasing it. Shocking, I know. But maybe try giving it to actual humans to see if it makes sense. In conclusion: your Excel exam is a joke. A bad one. Fix it, or stop wasting everyone’s time. And while you’re at it, maybe reflect on how a multi-billion-dollar company managed to produce something this laughably incompetent.Sincerely,Someone who’s had ENOUGH of your nonsenseMason Jenkins
