So my account decided I must reset my password to log-in after being off for a while. The code won't get to my email address (yes it is 169% correct), and I can't see any online chat or email or phone number help. I am sure you can dig-it out somewhere, but what a level of customer support that is. So my advice, avoid. Their games are mostly garbage anyway. But if you absolutely must, get them from a "free games provider" their "customer support" is also better 🤣

First Nest unit, installed about 5 years ago - working fine.Second Nest unit, installed six months ago to add control for another part of the house, and hot water - absolute pile of ****.The unit continually disconnects from WiFi, resetting doesn't help. I am very happy troubleshooting tech devices, but this one has minimal info to work with. Google support is non existent.Don't waste your money on a Google Nest. I am very happy with my Google Pixel phone, and have also had good experiences with Chromebooks, but this 'learning thermostat' is a good idea, badly implemented and then not supported.
Review of mcafee
McAfee Total Protection drills down into everything you do on Windows. It likes to scare you with dozens of false alerts every week. It finds and blocks "risky connections" that never caused a problem and even bans you from your favourite legitimate websites. Microsoft Edge starts up slower thanks to McAfee Boost and the list of annoyances like waiting for your own photos on your own website to be "checked" by MacAfee while you download them is downright infuriating. The UI isn't at all intuitive and it actually takes considerable effort to find everything you want to disable in its rather poor menu structure. Even as part of a bundle, included free of charge, I can't recommend it. I'm going back to windows built in security.

What a shame. The new app is not for me. It is too difficult to navigate and I can't help feeling I might be missing items. I hate having to tap to open stories instead of just swiping through them. Each takes a while to load. I prefer my news preloaded. Might as well go back to the paper versions or try to find another phone app with easier access to news.

Not able to get a refund on remaining unuseable subscription. Mass redundancies among staff and the totally inappropriate use of our money and children to further Corrine Fowler's political agenda. It will be interesting to see whether parents of exploited children seek legal redress and compensation. We will not be renewing our membership!

FT Customer Care has been phenomenal recently, especially via email correspondence for UK customers.Thank you Sarah for posting a HTSI back issue from 14-October which my household member had thrown away. It really made my day when it arrived in the post. In todays world, I somewhat doubt any other media outlet would have gone the extra mile for a customer, so I genuinely appreciate your efforts here.In terms of the FT Weekend subscription, rather than delivery we have always opted for the voucher booklets which the FT have posted in time with email updates when dispatched. Because of the top customer service, I shall renew my annual subscription.

I bought three adafruit feather fona boards. One was working as expected, but the other two weren't recognized by my pc (since one was recognized correctly, it can't be a driver issue...). So I wrote a post in their forum (which is the only official kind of support they offer) but got no response. When sending an email, they only point you to the forums and that the will tell their support staff to have a look at my post. But, of course, nothing happened and my next mail was simply ignored. Worst customer experience ever - every shop on aliexpress has better customer support...
