Applied for refund via their website but no response. Over a week later they replied after I contacted them via Twitter . They told me it was the organisers responsibility!

I have been using Canva for a long time already. Yesterday I made the wedding invitations to my wedding... something important.Today my wife realized that I confused the address and Canva without hesitation fixed the problem for us within minutes, even though it was already in print. They saved the invitations and gave us a solution instead of adding to the chaos of organizing a wedding anyway. We really appreciate this and are happy to use and KEEP using Canva! It's just the best...

Terrible booking platform. It’s literally just a go between platform with zero staff or customer facing personnel. They don’t even provide basic service for their portal. I’ve been locked out of my account because my phone number is no longer in use. There’s no way to access or correct the telephone number and I cannot register another account with the same email address. Years of trips and genius rating gone.

Never been a fan, but they are getting worse. How hard is it to redeem an Elements download? Very. No support of course. If I was an IT illiterate you might just think I was stupid. IT Pro for years running servers and networks. They make it soo hard.

I have just needed to terminate my call to an ICO representative. I had no choice. This woman would not engage with me at all. The ICO rightfully expect courtesy, but so do I. Unfortunately, this is not a two way street. My problem was a little complex and every time I tried to explain this woman accused me of speaking over her. I have a right to be listened too. It was my call. Calls should be recorded for everyone's wellbeing.

Recently brought this phone and find it incredibly frustrating to setup and use. Firstly the initial option to power off by pressing the down side of the volume rocker button with power on button simultaneosly is virtually possible for anyone with non asian size or larger size fingers. Even more so if you put the phone in an S pen case for protection. Their are alternative methods to power off but it takes a while to find them in the manual. Secondly data transfer between my Windows 11 PC and the phone is proving impossible at present. The manual say install the 'Smart Switch' app to transfer by Wi Fi but once installed 'Smart Switch' doesn't give you the option of Wi Fi transfer only by USB cable. Fine you might think but the the USB cable supplied with the phone has micro-USB connectors at both ends. Unfortunately my Windows 11 PC (which I would hazard a guess at least 90% of other non laptop PC's do as well) only comes with standard USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connectors not micro USB connectors. So I can't connect it. For the money the phone costs one would think they could afford to package a simple USB cable with a standard USB 3.0 or 2.0 connector at one end. Not everyone uses a modern laptop. Thirdly depending on how you choose to shut down the phone you may be asked to enter a password to do so. As you must have entered the password to use the phone in the first place it makes a simple operation more time consuming and seems idiotic at best. This phone is totally frustrating and I have barely scratched of using it so far as a result of these issues. Seriously thinking of seeing if I can send it back or swap it for a different phone. Samsung need to do some proper customer testing before releasing new phones and work on ironing out the niggles and bugs. Hopefully my experience will get better but part of me fears it won't.

I had a great deal of trouble reconnecting my wireless HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M28 Printer after updating a modem/router. Called service provider and searched many trouble shooting sites as well as community support and got nowhere. Finally found a phone number for HP and spoke with Neo at HP customer support on 7/3/2024. My warranty expired and I wasn't sure anyone would talk to me. Issues were not easy but this rep was determined to help me. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable and FIXED MY PRINTER by his email instructions. I need to acknowledge this outstanding customer service. I sincerely hope I have his name right, I just took it off of the email. CRM: 0098679000588.Thank you so much, Neo!!! There was a time when HP provided good technical support.I recently had an issue reconnecting my printer to the internet and contacted HP internet support.After taking over my laptop remotely to assist me, the first adviser could not fix the issue and ended up suggesting that maybe my printer was outdated and I should buy a new one.The second adviser, a few days later, gained access to my laptop, with my permission, and the told me that the problem was that all my files were corrupted. He then tried to sell me a product that would fix those issues. Concerned, I quickly turned off my laptop.A day later, I tried various other measures to fix the problem by myself, and finally did.I did not need a new printer, and the issue was not corrupted files.When my current HP printer becomes redundant, I will not be buying another HP printer again.Incredibly poor customer service in every respect.

My enthusiasm for Coinbase is limited. I find the support lacking; it is substandard and inadequate.I have been unable to add a new crypto address for days. Every time I try, I am informed that the address has been saved, but I cannot locate it. The virtual help chat confuses my address with the crypto address, resulting in incorrect responses.I tried sending an email to support and received a link in return that I have to use. But to do that, I need to be able to log in, and I haven't received the SMS with the activation code for logging in for an hour now.Everything is really stuck, and I regret opening an account with Coinbase.Rolf
