I agree with many of the NEGATIVE ratings

I agree with many of the ratings. I purchased a notebook less than a year ago and after 8 months started experiencing heavy latency. I sent it back and it came back with a replaced motherboard. STILL, the laptop was getting slower and slower. They agreed it was their hardware and after countless phone calls that would go on for hours at a time, they left me hanging. I took it back to Best Buy (who simply stated it was out of warranty) and now I have to cover the repairs myself. My advice - NEVER EVER buy another Asus product again. Negative starts would be appropriate here as well. Best Buy should also improve their service.

Review of binance

Avoid P2P trading and Binance in general!

Unfortunately as a UK resident we can seemingly no longer withdraw GBP/Fiat currency across most of not all exchanges (including Binance) due to FCA regulations. Unfortunately that leaves little option but to use a service like Binance P2P trading platform which is littered with blatant scammers. While Binance do provide an arbitrage service in the event a transaction isn't successful, unfortunately they seem marginally complicit in allowing thesescammers onto the platform and seemingly do very little about it. Additionally some of the advice Binance gives with regards chargeback scams is incorrect as the correct way to handle a chargeback if for the sellers bank to refund it, NOT for the seller to generate a separate payment as this is essentially doubling down on the risk of losing the funds as the original payment can still receive a chargeback, which is the advice Binance gave me. All in all I get the impression the scammers profit heavily from P2P platform as even advice like researching feedback is far from foolproof as this can easily be faked to skew/hide the negative one's that highlight the scam.Update: Originally this was a 3* Review, but having spent the past 2 days (and counting) defending my right to have the buyers payment manually sent via my Bank's Fraud department, I'm convinced Binance Customer Service are either complicit of clueless. During the appeals process I've had my account suspended, and get harassed every 4hrs to provide further information even though I've said numerous times nothing can be done until my bank opens Monday. Meanwhile the buyer/probable scammer messages like an impatient child with broken English the whole time. The whole system is a joke considering I raised the appeal yet I'm the one having to defend myself. At this stage I'm fearful Binance will just release the coins to the buyer and he'll raise a chargeback for the remainder. It would also appear that his account is seemingly unrestricted as he continues to operate. I WON'T EVER USE BINANCE AFTER THIS FARCE.

Great quality laptops, bad strategy.

I've been using only Asus laptop for many years. Their products are durable and barely have an issue. That's why I only purchase Asus. However, they deduct some parts to save money and it makes me to avoid their products these days. Their CS is also just like robots and not so helpful. I moved to a different brand and I'm happy with them.

My initial experience was kind of negative. On top of that, one of my batteries stopped charging. I contacted GoPro support not expecting anything in particular as I am used to being treated like trash by corporations. However, after a few quick questions I was informed by a consultant that a free replacement battery in on the way. Can you believe this? I was shocked.

Never again

Three times this month I booked travel through expedia and 3 times the booking was either cancelled or was not honored when we arrived. The worst part is, try and get ahold of someone, no phone number listed anywhere. And all they can say is sorry. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I will never use them again.

I had a monthly subscription for 15…

I had a monthly subscription for 15 downloads a month. I paid for 5 months for a total of 75 downloads. After 5 months I had only used 49 of the downloads and didn't really need any more at that time. I canceled my subscription not knowing that I would lose my 26 unused downloads. I emailed dreamstime about my issue and after a couple of emails with the customer service rep, she was nice enough to put the 26 downloads back on my account for a month so I could use them. Even though I don't agree with their policy of having to renew your subscription to keep your unused downloads, I think if you pay for the downloads you should get to use them even if you cancel your renewal, they did respond to my emails promptly and gave me time to use my unused downloads. Customer service for most companies is a thing of the past but Dreamstime did a great job. The selection of images is huge the user interface is user friendly and the images are of the best quality. If you are looking for high resolution images this is the place to go.

Annual price increases shafting the customer

Unfortunately Xero has lost the run of itself and forgotten that it serves a market that it was once part of, when it first started - the SME sector. Now they are shafting customers every year with signifiucant price increases, whilst still not addressing many of the system weaknesses and product features that users have been screaming out for. The latest price increase, in Sept 2024, was 28% !!! On top of the previous year's similar increase.They obviously think that, once they have you on the hook (ince in, never out), you won't change system, so they'll just keep making it more expensive for you. Try other options that work best in your country, like AccountsIQ, Sage, or Quickbooks . Xero is still weak with local tax compliance reports and financial statement formats

Hard to believe the time I waisted two days of BS

I only wish I could leave no stars for this lousy bank! I have never wasted so much time (hours) and accomplish nothing! From one senior advisor to another total of 5, all telling me the same BS! I will steer clear of this bank, first time & will be my last!!! BEWARE!
