Be careful with their paid subscriptions. They keep your bank card details and charge you monthly automatically, and their cancellation process is very very complicated. You basically have no account with your payment details, you don't see them anywhere and can't even change them, and it's very complicated if it's through app, website, apple or android. So it's basically done so you'd never find it. I still haven't figured that out. I needed a subscription for one specific month, maybe I would have considered using it again when I need, but no way I'd do that once ever ever again!!!

Used to really like the cashback from Chase but no longer the qualifying amount increased from putting 500 in the account to having to put in 1500 now they are cutting back on the items that qualify all in all it's gone sour looking for a better bank

Review of temu
i purchased a washing machine from Temu and they send 2 and refusing to collect or refund me for the second.I purchased 1 and the card was declined so i called and made sure they had the correct card number and my order was processed, a couple of days later i see they had said i purchased 2 machines so i candled 1 and got on to the chat and made sure 1 was candled.they then took a second payment so i had the bank recall it as i assumed it was a mistake once again a couple more days later they was taking another payment so i ask the bank to recall it but it was being professed call back when they did take i did so and the bank said i need proof of cancelation ?it was done online so i had none.to cut a long story short i have 55 pages of emails 3 hours talking 3 hours on chat typing and i still have 2 machines and they have now closed the case saying candled automatically because of the time scale.BE WARY OF BUYING LANGE ITEMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 17th May, I contacted them as requested through their site and all they on the chat and spoke to Sabrine Law typing for over a hour and got nowhere fast but they offered me 20% off the next order even though i cannot order as i have been black listed.they said i should take the washing machine to a drop off point other than it being collected ( i took pictures of chat and told them i was )they ask so many stupid questions like how many boxes was a washing machine in ?am i returning 2 ?she said it will be sorted and they will get back to me within 24 hours,,, something i have been told at least a dozen times so roll on 6pm tomorrow and more to add i am sure.

Review of namecheap
I am Namecheap user for 5 years nowm Their service has always been great, even if I made mistake or their automated system made mistake it was corrected by their support team in the matter of minutes. Overall I would say that Namecheap is the perfect service or should I say platform to run your online business.

Review of LinkedIn
I have been trying to purchase a paid Recruiter Lite subscription on LinkedIn for several WEEKS. Despite having a valid card (which works on other platforms), the system fails to process the payment — no clear error, just failure.I reached out to LinkedIn Support to resolve what should be a simple billing issue. Over the course of 10+ replies, they consistently:Misunderstood the request,Closed the case several times after a copy-paste answer. Cleared the whole history of cases. "Oooops, it seems like if there's nothing there"! Sent me unrelated links about Sales Navigator or free trials (after I published the case on X.com to push them to do anything)Gave me generic instructions for subscribing (which, again, do not work in my case).I even attached screenshots of the failed payment screen and clearly explained that I am not asking for free access, but actively trying to pay. After escalating, I received yet another irrelevant canned response pointing me to the Recruiter Lite landing page — something I had obviously already tried.LinkedIn offers expensive professional tools and markets them as essential for recruiters, yet they are unable to process a basic payment or provide access to human support with minimal comprehension skills.Summary:If you ever run into a technical or billing issue with LinkedIn's products — good luck. Their support is scripted, unresponsive, and unable to resolve even the most basic payment failures.
