Garage 10 years ago and still garbage to this day. Can't get to a single support person to Chat and actually help me. Website is garbage where I try to start a case and takes me back to ea help. Madden games are always trash. I don't know you guys still operate. You guys are only about money and screw over your player base.

Booking.com Customer Service mishandled health safety violation complaint(bed bugs) at a Coronation

I want to share an unfortunate experience with Booking.com to help fellow travelers, especially families with kids.In April 2025, we booked a 3-night stay at the Coronation Hotel in London for CAD 647.60. On the second night, we found active bed bug infestation—my 5-year-old had visible bites. We left immediately after disinfecting our belongings. Hotel staff admitted the issue and verbally promised a refund for the unused night. That refund never came. Booking.com ignored our complaint, even after submitting photos and documents.They offered a CAD 78 “goodwill credit” and framed the incident as a mere “inconvenience.” No real investigation. No responsibility. It wasn’t until I filed a credit card chargeback and BBB complaint that they refunded the amount for the third night as wallet credit. Their public BBB response deflected blame, claiming hotels are “independently operated”—yet Booking.com took our payment and featured this listing.I escalated the matter. Local health authorities in London (Environmental Health, Health and Safety in London, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea) confirmed bed bugs, removed the room from service, and replaced mattresses and bed frames. This was a serious health violation, not a misunderstanding.Despite the refund, Booking.com offered no apology, no transparency, and no signs of improved safety measures. Their handling was dismissive and inadequate.If you're traveling—especially with children—be cautious. Booking.com failed to act responsibly or protect guests.For those facing similar issues, here are reporting consumer protection authorities:• U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC)• Competition Bureau Canada• International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN)• UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) • Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) While these consumer protection agencies do not resolve individual cases immediately, they monitor recurring complaints and have the authority to take legal action when a pattern of similar issues emerges.Booking.com had a chance to do better—and chose not to. I had a good experience with Brave Browser until today. For some reason, the browser kept crashing on my Ubuntu system. I uninstalled it and re-installed. Everything works great again. However, I lost my crypto wallet. I used my recovery phrase to import my wallet, but the BAT tokens are not there. I only earned about 3 tokens. Aren't the coins supposed to be in Brave's wallet?I deleted Brave from my system.

Problematic - not worth the time wastedz

I have had nothing but problems with Parallels on my Mac. I had it years back and trying to connect it to machines or even external webcams or anything like that is hit and miss.I bought it again last month hoping it’s probably improved.No such luck. Completely crashed halfway through using it to run my software to operate a machine, couldn’t us my mouse. Telling me to press Ctrl+del which unlocked the mouse, but as soon as I clicked again it was locked. Then after 5 mins of trying to fix it, black screen of death appeared and it crashed. Lost all my software and I am struggling to fix all the problems it caused by trying to retrieve my expensive software. No option to speak to anyone. I subscribed to an expensive package to have support 24/7 😂 What a joke. It just takes you to a community forum to ask the public. Its like the blind leading the blind. Support never replies and when it does it’s generic and unhelpful. It is easier to buy a Windows computer. Don’t even bother with this.
