Review of google
Pride Month, Black History Month, and Holocaust Remembrance Day? They claim it's too much effort constantly adding new events, but does that mean removing old ones? Especially during these times they have to understand the importance of a giant like Google recognising these holidays ON the calendar, instead of making people add them manually. They're all a bunch of liars and wet wipes that only care about profit.

AVOID at all costs. They have asked for £150 to correct a transaction which was done - they told is the transaction would be made manually to put the original money back to sender (my) wallet - the money has since been moved to a different wallet. When contacting them via their chat - get the same response and still no money. 10 days later Literally DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Review of vrbo
VRBO does not have my back. I prepaid a $4,000 dollar booking in February to stay at a place in June. On March 7th the host sent a payment request outside of the App through gmail demanding an unexpected $1,900 security deposit to be paid by March 10th. VRBO called the host and they canceled the request, but now my trust is totally gone and I don't want to stay there. VRBO will somehow not cancel the reservation and collect the money back from the host. What is the point of VRBO if they allow hosts to try to scam people and then don't have their back? UPDATE: I wanted to give a rather horrifying update on how this turned out. VRBO categorically denied cancelling the reservation based on her soliciting me for $1,900. They told me they spoke to the host and everything was fine and she had canceled that deposit request. I then did more research and found that the listing was actually a scam entirely. The real house is being sold by a realtor that I called and he informed me it is not a VRBO. If they allowed links in the review I would link the VRBO listing and the realtor listing. Shockingly, the VRBO listing is still up as of now. I shared all of this with VRBO and they still refused to cancel for several days. I had two VRBO agents try to get me to cancel and just eat the $4,000. Eventually, I had to deal directly with the host and tell her I was going to the cops and media. She finally initiated the cancellation; she apparently didn't want to because there is a 10% fee if she initiates, so once I caught her she was hoping VRBO would cancel. VBRO eventually apologized and offered me $120 as a gesture of goodwill telling me to shut up and go away. I filed complaints with BBB and CFPB. VRBO is a truly terrible company. Never rent without reviews that was my bad.
Review of twilio
The only reason my business uses Twilio is for a custom SMS system that notifies our existing clients of certain things in the system. Our clients PAY to get these SMS. However Twilios A2P 10DLC approval process has killed our whole system and even after months of attempting to get this approved we still haven't been able to. However Twilio has NO problem continuing to take our money every month for messages that are NOT being delivered. They also have no problem charging $15 everytime we try to get the campaign approved. They can't even be bothered to tell you why it was not approved and instead just tell you it was rejected for "unknown reasons". As for their outsourced support that takes at least 24 hours between replies... well I'd have better luck asking my dog for help. If we had not already wasted a lot of time developing our system to work with Twilio specifically we would have dumped then loooong ago.

Review of fedex
Like so many others, I wasted a day waiting in for a delivery that never arrived. I was initially given a time slot of 0820-1220, then 6pm and then the end of the day. No one arrived. I was then sent an email accompanied with a black square which was meant to prove that they "attempted" delivery - absolutely laughable - albeit they actually attempted delivery 20 miles away from where I actually live (according to their tracking). So who knows where my parcel is and if they will ever actually deliver it. I've gone back to the original sender as I'm not wasting any more of my time waiting in for them. They clearly don't care about their customers either as they don't even acknowledge any of the negative comments on here.
