This "anti-virus" software simply passes all well known software such as Microsoft and labels the software of small companies as having a virus which they decline to describe. If you pay for this software, you are wasting your money!

Very poor service

Very poor service. Only got one star because you have to click something to provide review. Made order then within 30 seconds changed mind and cancelled orderwhen discovered it was coming from china. Days later I got email saying sorry didn't see cancellation product has been sent. Took months months to arrive and wasn't even what I ordered. Asked for refund they said I need to return item first. Why should I pay to return item I never ordered! Just so wrong. Do not buy from this business.

Just went to chiptole and was told it's online ordering only we ordered a bowl with extra rice once home and opened it it was like only ONE scoop of rice and very little meat!!! After we specifically asked for extra. Definitely NOT worth the price increase over $9.00 for a scoop of rice and a scoop of meat won't be ordering online EVER Again 😫

Old Gift Cards

Screw Overstock.com and the old owners of Bed Bath and Beyond. Somebody should be held accountable for honoring the old gift cards. I just went to use an $80 gift card that my husband and I were given for our wedding, come to find out that the "old" gift cards are not being honored. I am absolutely outraged at this. The gift cards say they NEVER EXPIRE, which is why I haven't been worried about us using ours. I wanted to wait until we found something that we really loved that would be worth using the gift card on. If the gift cards say they NEVER EXPIRE, Overstock.com either needs to be held responsible in honoring the old gift cards, or the old owners of BB&B need to be held responsible for paying everyone back that had outstanding gift card balances. This is absolutely unacceptable.

FEES!!! Really! Ticket always comes out way more... price per food items is bumped up that what restaurants charge.... then to add insult, they lump in "taxes and fees" adding additional percentage to overall ticket. Like f* you then none of that goes towards the actual person driving...!!?

Despite sending only 17,500 emails in both January and February 2025, SendGrid falsely billed me for 225,000 emails each month. When I provided clear proof of my actual usage, they refused to correct their mistake or issue a refund.This is beyond a simple billing error—it feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge customers who aren’t meticulously auditing their invoices. The lack of response and accountability from their support team is unacceptable. If you value transparent and honest billing, avoid SendGrid at all costs.I am now disputing the charges with my bank and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. Save yourself the headache and look for an alternative provider that doesn’t engage in such deceptive billing practices.

On Monday September 13th 2021 I was at Macy's Menlo Park store to return a pair of slippers that I had ordered through the mail. I am a senior citizen and although shopped at Macy's many times before, I felt overwhelmed by the looks of a very large and beautiful store. Every associate that I stopped to help me was very courteous and pleasant. Even when I needed to use the escalator I froze and a very nice customer held my hand and escorted me up the escalator. Needing help to find where I could return my slippers I asked another friendly associate, and she showed me the way. All the employees were always willing to help and I had no problem returning my slippers. Although I thought I memorized where I had parked I then became disoriented and tired that's when I approached Sharon Conyers, from the Women's Shoe Department, who I would like to recognize as an "Outstanding Employee." I asked her to help me find the exit area where my car was parked. She was very pleasant and we walked for some time and I asked if I could stop and get something to drink. We started to walk again and I asked if I could sit down for a few minutes, I was tired from walking around. We stopped, then we continued to walk around until I recognized the exit I needed. My “new” Dell XPS

In December 2020 I purchased a new Dell XPS computer direct from Dell. When I ran the installer, it set up the system with a username of Leigh Nankervis, ignoring my own personal details. The setup was set to save all my personal files to leighnankervis at hotmail.com rather than my own Microsoft account. The time taken for the computer to boot was almost 5 minutes.I contacted Dell support who said the problem was caused by a virus. When I pointed out that there shouldn’t be a virus on a computer that had never been set up before, the support person said it couldn’t possibly be there because of anything Dell had done. It was either me that infected the machine, or Microsoft when I logged the machine into my Microsoft account. The support person refused to escalate the issue.This machine is my entertainment system for playing DVDs, music, accessing Netflix, Amazon via the Internet and playing Civilisation. Even though I’m a retired computer professional (I was a partner in a MS Certified Solution provider) I engaged the services of a computer professional to reinstall Windows 10 when I had difficulty changing the boot sequence of the BIOS. Obviously running the Dell supplied installer on the SSD wasn’t going to be much help!Dell have shot themselves in the foot here. I had planned to purchase my new graphics workstation from them. My hobbies include publishing and digital painting. I purchased my new machine from Dream PC spending somewhat more than $AU10,000 including peripherals.

My account was hacked and money stolen

Facebook / Meta notified me of my account being hacked, email stated that my account was on hold until I could answer my security questions. Despite this, fraudulent transactions / charges were permitted to be made on my advertising account. I have been reaching out to them every single day, multiple times daily for the last 10 days and all that you get is stock standard, most likely AI responses. Look, I understand that Facebook cannot possibly talk to every single person who has a small problem. But this is a serious violation of my privacy and a shocking display of security. Some of the responses I have received state "Since we cannot see any suspicious activity on your account, we can not help you further" (YOU NOTIFIED ME OF MY ACCOUNT BEING HACKED) "Your account appears to be active, please explain the issue further" (I HAVE EXPLAINED IT IN GREAT DETAIL IN EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE) and so it goes. My account was hacked and money stolen from me. I see online after looking around on Google that I most likely won't win, but I honestly refuse to accept that.
