Booked a hotel during the eclipse between April 6th to the 8th about 9 months before the stay. 3 weeks before the stay the hotel called and cancelled my reservation, most likely due to the fact my hotel rate was lower than they could get now. Hotels.com let them cancelled and now 3 weeks before the trip the hotel room rates are sky high. Hotels.com did not even get me close to a hotel that was comparable and was 5x the cost. I think it is BS that hotels.com did almost nothing for me as it is their system and policy to allow a hotel to cancel for any reason. I thought hotels.com was a trustworthy company.

What on earth is this Buyer Protection! I thought the buyer paid but Ebay charged me, the seller. I can’t follow it these days and hardly ever get any views on my listings. EBay used to be efficient and fun. Now I hate it. Won’t bother any more.

Why have they changed what was once a simple and intuitive learning platform to something that is incomprehensible and confusing. I have been learning Spanish with Duolingo for three years, but am now looking for other online platforms. Exceptionally arrogant of Duolingo not to ask their long term users if this was what we wanted, and also to then not give us the chance to opt for continuing on the classic method. Unless something changes very soon, I'll be off. Please can somebody from Duolingo give us the courtesy of responding to all the negative comments on here.

I've been wearing Crocs since the came out but only as indoor footwear. They are great as slippers and I've only had a great experience until now. I have a newish pair...4 months old that are only worn inside and just yesterday the strap tore clean off the rest of the Croc. If I could include a picture it would be easy to see how gently worn these are. It's quite pathetic how poor the quality is on this pair of Crocs. It's time to look for an alternative. I would not recommend customer service either as they just don't get it and because it's outside of 3 months I'm out of luck. If this were any other footwear brand they would have requested a picture of the issue and resolved it by replacing them.

Always have issues with HP Support. Never willing to actually help you and put more effort into making you run in circles. They take forever to reply as they are always "waiting for a response" from someone higher up. It should be simple to just get basic support like booking a technician to come out and do a replacement. Utter Garbage Support.

Yes, 3 mouses! I have spent 300 euros in total. I bought the MX Master 2 for myself and was very happy. So I bought a second 1 for my father as well.After a while, my MX Maters 2 started to act out to a point where it very negatively impacted my work. I tried everything I could. Reinstalling their software multiple times, reinstalling my Mac software, etc. After a while, I got so frustrated with the mouse that I just threw it in the garbage and bought a new one, the MX Master 3.I just received it a couple weeks ago, connected it to my iMac and started working. After about 2 hours of work, the mouse has decided not to work out of nowhere. I have reinstalled the software, restarted my computer and it simply wasn't working.I have contacted their support over the phone, they barely spoke English and then transferred me to a number that wasn't working. Then, I decided to create a ticket through their website. I waited a week just to be told that I should go on their website and look for their FAQ section to resolve my issue. Are you kidding? 1 week to tell me that? I also tried contacting them over Facebook live chat and was told to submit a ticket. It's been over two weeks since I bought my third mouse and it's still not working. No one at Logitech seems to care to help their clients. Logitech: If I wanted a cheap mouse, I would spend 5 euros on Amazon.

Made the mistake of signing up for Fotor Pro, mainly to use the collage service hoping to save time creating the same in photoshop or indesign manually. I was supposed to have 2gb of storage, I was blocked from uploading any more images after 80mb. I then emailed to ask what was happening and was given a ridiculous excuse that I needed to clear the cache... after 80mb of uploads with 2gb of storage? Further to this, the collage maker has white borders to the images even when you set it to 0 on borders. This company is clearly and anybody who is fortunate enough to read this when considering if to sign up to these guys AVOID THEM!! They are a complete waste of time and money.

Don’t trust eBay I bought a couple things for my family off eBay for Christmas and I got a call from Victoria’s Secret describing my package I bought from the seller to a T turns out the seller was using my PayPal info in scam and other people I did try to contact eBay they’re un contactable and I did leave a bad review on the sellers page from buying it, and of course it got deleted do not buy from eBay not worth the risk

ExpressVPN broke while traveling. I contacted the chat support. He told to uninstall and reinstall. I got it working. When I got home, I kept getting disconnected from my home network and could not access my printer. I finally quit out of ExpressVPN and everything works. The chat support was still stuck at the same place where I had left off previously and I could not get further help. I have uninstalled ExpressVPN and even though I have 5 months left of my subscription, will switch to a better and cheaper VPN.

so i moved to Telstra a few months ago i'm on a sim only plan when it was time to pay the bill i never received the bill i paid it manually i never set up direct debit when i asked for a copy of my bill i was told there is NO bill with the sim only plan you pay it month to month when i asked what bill can i get i was told i can get a copy of my data for incoming phone calls to my phone which has all my Telstra info on it when i asked how can i get a copy of that they said they will email it to me they said the dates on the bill will start from when i activated the sim only plan i waited 2 weeks and Nothing when i asked again i was told the first operator Never did anything and never sent it out and i've waited 1 week 4 days for the new one and still nothing how hard is it to email a copy of my phone data for incoming phone calls to my phone with the Telstra info on it

My account was suspended, I had no idea why so I checked my profile and my account had been hacked with someone posting messages about Crypto, I have informed twitter customer services my account has been hacked and they insist on keeping me account suspended stating multiple violations occurred but they are not acknowledging my account has been hacked and I am the victim here, I cannot speak with anyone over the phone, by e-mail they say this case has been closed and to open a new case so I open a new case and they ask the questions why do you think your account has been suspended and I answer because my account has been hacked and I need help reinstating it and the response I get is this case has been closed and please open a new case, I have now opened a new case 7 times and still the same thing happens, I have no way of resolving this, I believe I must be speaking with a computer by e-mail because surely no one is this unhelpful. very strange behavior from what is regarded as a very large reputable company, they really do need to fix up their customer services department.

Facebook is the most corrupt business that I have ever seen. Please becurful I hacked from an email that came from Facebook server (Facebookmail.com) and the hackers remove my 2 factor authentication. There is no way that someone can do this unless is working in Facebook or Facebook got hacked. When they see this situation they easily ignore you. The customer service dosent do anything although I have verified badge. I am looking for doing the legal action about them. I only spend 98k on my one ad for my business and they don't care.
