Bought TUF GAMING x570 plus wifi. Ran about three months before CPU fault led came on. Opened RMA with AMD for my Ryzen 9 3900x. They sent brand new CPU. Guess what? Installed and still CPU led fault. Open RMA with Asus. Sent back mobo and i/o backplate shield. They sent me.refurb mobo. Decided to add 32 more GB of ram. Already had 32 GB Corsair Vengence VTX, Bought additional Corsair but mobo not recognizing old ram I put in b1 and b2 dimm slot. New memory working fine in a1 and a2 dimm slots. Old memory now not working in A1 and a2. Saw that the mobo removed the exact same gold contact on my two dimms. Now I have to deal with these people again. I will never buy Asus anything if I can help it. They also never send back my i/o shield. Asus simply sucks. So first mobo cpu slot broken. Replacement has bad b1 dimm slot. Wonder what the third mobo problem will be. Surely will be one. Also Corsair replaced the Ram ruined by refurbished mobo. But Asus gonna send me another refurbished POS.

On 19/11/2024 I received a text message UK number.Later it switched to Hong Kong phone number.A lady told me to open an online store account through a link (tiktok).But not on a tiktok apps. At the end, i end up chatting with a Gentleman named Chan.He introduce me to this app. When I reached the point to show identity, I immediately put holy water around my face and ID then click "show ID", my phone screen gone blank ( white). This man never talk to me again neither this woman. Immediately i knew this was a fraud.I survive an evil financial attack.

Hulu is an unreliable streaming service. We purchased an LG SMART Television and enrolled with Hulu. For about two weeks the service worked adequately, however, we then lost on-demand features and cannot playback recorded items from the LG Television. We have to log into a mobile device to watch and/or screen share with the television. Hulu's customer service is horrible, 1-2 hour waits on the phone and you are ignored digitally when trying to chat with a customer service representative or email them. Additionally, when googling a fix, the instructions provided by Hulu for our brand of television are inaccurate and cannot be executed. We are very dissatisfied with the service.

Both helpline people I spoke to listened patiently while I explained the issue, offered possible solutions and when the immediate ones didn't work, went "behind the scenes" to investigate further. David called back three times to give updates on progress until the problem was resolved. Very happy with the responses and the outcome

I contacted Panasonic as I was having trouble with their batteries. As I had trouble with two different types I decided to inform them. These were dated to be expired in 2030 and after their first installation, and using them in their second installation, the battery would die after a week? The other type used in my alarm system would also only last a month? Disappointed as after we made contact at Panasonic no one tried getting back to me! I am buying another good brand to replace my Panasonic batteries and doing better. Panasonic, from their reviews, are going downhill.

I ordered a book on Mercari that the seller described as “Hardcover book, good condition, no tears or stains. Has minimal shelf and handling wear” but it was so water damaged that the back cover was warped and the top of the pages were all wrinkled. The pic of the front and back were head-on so you couldn't tell. It was shipped wrapped in layers of plastic so it was damaged when the seller shipped it. Contacted Mercari with several photos and they said "...the order you received was as described due to matching the listing photos and description provided by the seller. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have asked for any necessary clarifications from the seller prior to purchasing the item.". So I am out $60 because I am supposed to ask every seller if there is water damage to a book when they say it is in good condition?What really gets me is that I couldn't leave a review warning other buyers that this seller misrepresents the things they sell. I also had a seller around the same time who just never sent the item. I got a refund for that but also couldn't leave a review warning other buyers for that one either. I suspect Mercari makes it difficult for buyers who had bad experiences from leaving reviews. The review process is what makes me trust websites with a marketplace of individual sellers. I am sure lots of the people that got kicked off of eBay just go here because they protect bad sellers like the Catholic church hides deviant priests.TLDR: Mercari doesn't let you place reviews for sellers that misrepresent items or that don't bother shipping at all so you don't know which sellers are bad.
