I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Amazon. I purchased two items totaling £131 — one item £55 and second item £76 I used £60from a gift card and £71 from my bank card. Amazon cancelled one of the items (which cost £76) because of their own fault, not mine.Instead of refunding the £76 back to my bank card — which is what any decent company would do — they dumped it onto an Amazon gift card balance without my consent. When I asked them to return it to my card, they refused and told me to “order something else.” This is not how refunds should work when the customer didn’t cancel anything.They’re effectively forcing me to spend my own money on their platform again after a mistake THEY made. It’s unethical, disrespectful, and unacceptable. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced with any online retailer.

Yesterday I received in the mail a statement from Corte Ingles from June 2024. Today I drove 1 hour to Puerto Banus Corte Ingles to pay the bill. Customer Service (a little man called Salvador) said I must pay an extra €20 interest for late payment. I queried this because I have no factura showing the charge but Salvador was adamant. I paid and cancelled my account. There is no customer service at Corte Ingles.

Jira an' Confluence are great tools for managing multi-task agile projects. We use it at every dept. and no one's complained. Firstly, I thought it's a good idea for QA's only, however, now I see the kanban board suits my team goals just awesome. Security settings, filters, places setups are all simple and workable.

I booked a hotel and paid extra for breakfast, when I turned up at the hotel they said I did not. I called up agoda and they said they could not see that i paid the extra even though the prices were still the same on the website. Make sure to check the confirmation they send.

Although I got relief after passing my first project, I feel more inspired and motivated to complete my course and I am looking forward to working on my upcoming projects. For me, this program has offered outstanding experience not only in developing my Digital marketing skills but also in building my freelancing career path and offering great opportunities to learn, share and apply. Content, structure, projects and community activities were all put together to promote learning and that matched my expectations so far.

I ordered a tailored book for a friend's 80th birthday. I paid extra for next day delivery. Needless to say it still hasn't arrived! So, I paid an extra £7.50 and could have got delivery for free as it still hasn't turned up!No wonder they don't bother to reply to negative reviews - let's hope the new owners Redbird have a rather higher regard for their customers!

kroger consistently advertises products with prices that they have no intention of honoring. this all started happening when shell oil bought out the original owners. time and time again they get customers to come in with false advertising. to numerous times to list here, but this time it was for ribeye bone in steaks family pack. for three days since the circular week began, there have ben none to be had. and the meat counter was closed all three days. i was told on a thursday that all they had were ribeye roasts. on saturday i was told that there was no one there to cut them.
