I have to agree with everyone else. Forecasts are useless, changing constantly, and often turn out to be the complete opposite to what the weather actually does. Words like "could", "may" and "perhaps" are used a lot, and their favourite statement...."confidence is low". Dead right. My confidence in the accuracy of their forecasts is very low!

I used to use it all the time because the translations were better than google translate for example. However since a few months there is this weird bug that when translating multiple sentences, it just skips entire sentences randomly. Of course like this i can not rely on the tool anymore and am therefore going back to google translate. I wanted to write to them directly, but they don't even allow you to report bugs without being a subscriber which is ridiculous. Too bad to see one of the promising European startups dying in such an avoidable way...

The app has become like the mind of a teenager. It is all over the place which is fine ...........for a teenager! I also said that on my feedback (Go to bottom of the app home screen and fill out the form) Again the BBC is doing classic BBC management by just ignoring the feedback because they are right and well the great unwashed didn't go to University. There is a educational elite air around the BBC which seems determined to destroy it.I understand change has to happen but it has to work,it has to improve,it needs to be accessible. Delivery ConcernI have spent two weeks attempting to fix a delivery issue with changing my address. At my previous address never had an issue. Customer service sends the exact same template emails to all of my concerns. Problem has been "escalated" for 10 days now. Not rocket science, just paper delivery.

Nerdwallet is pretty good. I use it a lot for tracking my budget and spending and everything. It's a little disorganized but fine. Unfortunately recently they removed the edit button from transactions on the browser version though which means I have to go through all of my transactions on my phone which takes way more time. Was at about a 4 star but removing that dropped them to 2 and I'm starting to look elsewhere in case they don't fix this unnecessary issue.

Customer service is fascinatingly bad. I have reached out on different issues through several accounts, and every time I am just referred to their Help-section, without anyone answering my actual questions. Have ended up solving these issues with ChatGPT. Either they are using poor bots in their customer service, or they are using people with extremely low work ethics, who should be replaced by bots.
