Customer service is fascinatingly bad. I have reached out on different issues through several accounts, and every time I am just referred to their Help-section, without anyone answering my actual questions. Have ended up solving these issues with ChatGPT. Either they are using poor bots in their customer service, or they are using people with extremely low work ethics, who should be replaced by bots.

Would rate 0 if I could. Terrible customer service and terrible shipping Procedures. Label was created over a week ago and still hasn’t even actually been dropped off or picked up by UPS. Shipping absolutely should not take this long. Reached out to customer service and they claimed UPS picked it up and they need time to work when clearly UPS is saying they have not received the package yet. So disappointed

The customer support people at MailerLite are excellent! I'm brand new at this email campaign stuff and have no idea what I'm doing. They have been so helpful getting me the answers I need, when I need them. Special shout out to Daniel, hes chatted with me a few times already and is always extremely helpful! Worst customer service ever! I sent several messages about payment problems and it seems none really cares, because all I got as reply every time, that I have to explain all over again to a different person!Their support system does not work! They dont offer solution but tell you, that dont worry, we will solve your problem and if you dont have anything else to discuss about, than we will close this chat and wish you a nice day!!! So then, you lost your support ticket!!! ITS a NIGHTMARE system! Doesnt matter how many time I contacted them, its exactly the same every time!! Such a huge disappointment from Facebook!They block credit cards, because my bank did not let the payment go through due to the very serious fact, that the amount that needed to be paid ($45.93) in their system was smaller then what they wanted to charge ($58.33) after the verification!! And then because you keep trying, they restricted them, stating fraudlent actions!!!!! Unbelievable!!!

I started using it when my pdf expert broke, and I have to say, it's pretty nice. They give you many features for the free version, but for some reason, when I was in the middle of editing my document, it suddenly closed the tab, and I lost all my work. Not sure what happened, but it's fine now.

House sitting/ dog sitting service was paid for.She was given a very clean house, clean bedding, towels etc.The dogs were let out 4 times daily, fed and my senior got her medicine which I was grateful for. There were no overnights even though my pups were anxious per sitter and it was agreed she would stay over if this occurred. Never happened.I left radio on softly for reduced anxiety that sitter did turn off. Sitter and I met twice before I left. I even gave her 20.00 for the second visit for her 30 minutes. I also left detailed notes on EVERYTHING for her to reference. My home upon return smelled strongly of urine, which translated to NOT ENOUGH outside time and attention. My absence was used for sitter to attend to other clients in my absence instead of attending to my pups and home. Almost 1000.00 in cost for 8 days. Services paid for were not delivered. Not even close.....I was given 100 back for my inconvenience....Not a happy customer. I had high hopes and did EVERYTHING I could in advance and in notes to ensure all went well. Sitter even called me while I was in ROME ITALY to ask me how to get one of my pups inside a she had somewhere else she had to be!!???Seriously??!!She was House sitting for me and not spending any time there. I have the camera footage. She spent a max of 2 to 3 hours there every 24 hours. And was paid 990.00 for 8 days. You tell me......

Just registered to check out the site as I was looking for new SMTP provider for my fast growing business. My account was suspended right after I activated the account. Clearly this people steal emails to sell to 3rd party sites I don't see any reason why brand new account which never in past used their site would get suspended after providing, Full name, email address, home address, contact number. Only thing I can think of is this people steal your data so avoid at all costs.
