Will you please explain the differenceSincerelyKjeld Poulsen Kürstein"I never received an answer so this was my first disappointment.I shipped my saliva sample on Mon, 25 Nov 2024 and you confirmed reception of it Tue 21 Jan 2025 - almost two months later. So that was the second disappointment.It then took until Thu 6 Mar 2025 - four months - before I got my results. That's quite a bit longer than what I was expecting after you told me: " Once we receive your sample, in most cases you’ll receive your results within 6 weeks." In particular because my DNA appears to be pretty standard.All in all I am not impressed and I won't be needing Ancestry any longer.Greetings.Kjeld Poulsen Kürstein

If I could give a negative 1 star I would. Never had this problem before. In Europe Italy to be exact. Cannot not hook up with any 5g. Only time my phone works is in the hotel with their wi fi. Totally unacceptable. When I get home will be looking for a new provider. I reached out to customer support ABSOLUTELY no help at all.

Purchased tickets for a show, received a positive COVID result on the way to the theater. When I got home to quarantine I canceled the tickets. Attempted refund the same day and submitted a case via email per the policy. Received communication that it could take up to 72 hours for a response. When I called after receiving the denial of refund I was told I should have called before the showtime and no exceptions existed. Terrible experience…we will not be using Fandango anymore.

I had a terrible experience with DoorDash. I had placed a catering order for my event, but unfortunately, I couldn't receive it on the day of the event as the order was canceled by DoorDash without any notification. I requested a refund of $161.00, but it's been three months, and I haven't received it yet. To add to my frustration, the call center representatives were of no help, and their attitude was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order through DoorDash after this experience.

Walked in to get a sensor taken off at the customer service women to busy talking and they act like your impeding in their time. Girl was rude and obviously does not like to work with the public. Told her she should smile more, she told me she didn’t have to. It’s the holiday no one wants to walk into a store and have to deal with this type of attitude. Macy’s at one time had the best customer service!

I could give no star if I could. I ordered a blazer on 4/26 and its shows that it supposed to be delivered on may 8th. Well, I'm way pass that. Theres no way of contacting customer service on the phone or online. I get that is a pandemic but if you dont have the resources to fulfill an order than maybe you should follow the example of other store that shut down completely rather than deceiving customers. Shame on you

absolute mess to try and reset a password, retrieve username.. Ended up opening a new account as twitter was not able to recognize me based on my phone number and correct password. So then tried to loggin.. error .. two users have this number. LOL. i was trying to use twitter to get some news on a specific thing. hopefully i won't have to use it again..

Google's anal obsession with two-factor authentication drives me mad......Is it just me or are other sick of Google inflicting security that is often unnecessary and definitely unwanted on users??...I tried to switch off but it then wont let you access google ads account without re-setting 2FA... they've forgotten who the customer is!!!!
