a company with a lot of prestige but in reality I had the worst experience trying to transfer to that company for three days of phone calls and wasted time and in the end they told me that it couldn't be done because of the poor work of the sales and customer service people. Client, I do not recommend anyone try to change to this company and if you do, I wish you the best of luck.

This is probably a waste of effort as people who use Amazon will understand the frustration when things go wrong. Going wrong is an increasing problem, at least for me.When the process works it is great. Prime delivery on a planned day when you're in, someone knocks on your door and hands over a parcel that isn't battered, and the item isn't damaged either, all is right in the world.Amazon's delivery service is woeful and as we order regularly, I feel in a good position to comment. The US style of drop the parcel at the door and run to the next delivery is becoming ever more common. Not even a knock at the door. In recent weeks we have had 3 occasions where the parcel was dumped at the door and no knock or ring on the doorbell. Only discovered parcels when either I've nipped to the bins or when my partner arrives home. Our doorstep is in clear view of a moderately busy road and path. Only one item stolen so far. Today a bigger parcel was dropped off and with the rain belting down, it was pretty damp, fortunately the items inside were ok. The other issue is watching the tracking and then at 9 or 10 pm it suddenly changing to this will be now delivered by a date 3 days ahead. No good if you want to plan to be around so you can grab it off the doorstep before someone else does.Amazon aren't alone, we've experienced this with DPD and once I think with Evri. Royal Mail parcel deliveries, faultless.I suspect it's down to delivery driver's workloads and I feel for them. The roads are busy, you have hundreds of parcels to deliver and waiting 20/30 secs or longer to answer the door eats into your time. This might explain some of their driving too. At least with some shops you can choose the courier, that's what I am looking at more and more.

Most unprofessional company with the most incompetent developers. I have an account and for some reason I got disconnected. I cannot sign back now because it is not accepting my password. I requested my password reset link for about 10 times and I never received the e-mail. Their web site is designed by the most incompetent developers from China. When you click on the link to chat or send e-mail, nothing happens.What a bunch of incompetent developers!!

I have come to the conclusion that I have to uninstall this app it's not just poor it is terrible, seems to have a mind of its own, sometimes opens sometimes doesn't, closes for no reason...who is responsible for this app as usual the BBC has washed its hands of the whole thing.

Finally, I decided to delete this app and never use it again. There is no guarantee when buying things. The customer service is in robot mode and there is no way to communicate. More than a dozen customer service representatives said the same thing, copy and paste, and half month later in the end they still couldn't give a fair solution. Horrible

I have subscribed to the economist before and I really do enjoy the read, even now.Unfortunately this time I just didn't have enough time so decided to cancel for a few months and then subscribe again in the summer. To my amazement you can't cancel online, you have to call them or have an online chat. This is not the kind of behaviour I would expect from The Economist. I chatted online and it was easy and only took a few minutes but am not happy that I was forced to do that. 26/11/2022So i received an email offering 50% discount and as it was a great deal so I decided to take it up. Was on chat for approx 45 mins, then I was called by someone to get my details and payment. I had to check the number they were calling from matched the one listed on the website, which it did. It's such a manual process especially in this digital age. There is absolutely no reason why all this could not be done in a matter of minutes online.

I went to log a new domain name, haven't done it since 2001 and I thought, omg I forget the steps. From start to finish it took me about 4 minutes. One problem I forgot to click on something and I asked for help in the chat help and an actual person instantly was there and found my issue. They are amazing, fast and convenient. If you don't like convenience speed and low cost use a different service.

Hi. This service is a scam, in my opinion. I registered with it and passed verification. My regular customer sent me a donation of $100. The account was immediately blocked and asked to explain why I receive a donation, provide a screenshot of the correspondence in which I show a link to my buymeacoffe profile. I provided everything that the support asked for, explained why I receive donations, provided screenshots, and even provided a link to my store on another service.. Support replied that there was not enough evidence and my account would not be unblocked. The money has not been returned yet, they said they would return it to the donater's card within 30 days.. I do not recommend anyone to waste time registering in this service, you will lose time and money in vain.Upd. A BMaC representative writes here that I allegedly provided a non-working link to my store, but this is a lie. I am sure for sure that the link is working and no one has informed me that the link is not working before, I think this is just an attempt to misinform customers by deception. I am constantly in touch with support representatives and I am ready to answer any question, but they are not interested because they are scammers.Upd. I was contacted by the support service and told that they will refund my money from the balance to my account in 30 days. But the lock on my account will never be lifted. I'm waiting for the money to arrive..Upd. I got my money back a month later. But my account was deactivated. End
