Verification kept failing. Photo taken of my passport. Face scanned. Both times fine on phone, but failed on the website when returned.So I had to use my credit card for the purchase. £1339 value which would have been split up into 3 Klarna payments making it easier for me.Now I'll have credit card interest. 💩 The verification process is silly, I understand the need to be secure but why not have 2FA, mobile text, email, and me being a previous customer. I do not have to scan my passport to do many things which require much more security (bank purchases, credit card purchases) so I feel like Klarna is difficult in this respect.

I always book with her your guide no matter what city I go to. We've also received vouchers from get your guide as presents so it's a great gift idea. I would recommend Get your guide to anyone. We booked Auschwitz and berkinau trip. We had to meet at 6am which was a little earlier on your holidays but it soon became apparent why we had to leave the queues were unbelievable! We queued for nearly 2 hours to get our ticket. We then went to see the fountain of tears and an original train carriage the prisoners arrived on. From there we walked to berkinau and had a good bit of time there. You HAVE to read your messages or you won't have a clue what's happening. There was a free shuttle bus back to the main Auschwitz museum. We flew through berkinau as I thought we could go straight into Auschwitz. When we arrived there was no queue so we thought amazing we have loads of time but the usher said we had to wait until 430!!! Again read your message. So we had a 3 hour wait!!! We had to queue up in 25 degrees heat, not pleasant. We already had our ticket so this was a bit disappointing having to queue again. We then were worried we wouldn't get in as the queue took forever but eventually staff went down the line and asked for the times on our tickets. We only ended up with only an hour and a half in Auschwitz so it was a bit of a panic to get through it to get back to the bus in the car park . All staff (bus and guide) were lovely but communication wasn't the best. It was a very long day. I think Auschwitz should be 1st and have longer there, then berkinau as there was NO queue into it and you could just get a free shuttle bus back to where the main coach was at your discretion. The museums etc were well worth it but just a very long day and Auschwitz could have a much better system in place to deal with the crowds especially in summer. So be aware of the type of package you book.

Its 2024 and Yahoo still cannot do email.Why does everything go in my spam folder?? Even Emails I have replied to and marked 'Not Spam' go back in to the Spam folder. I have zero spam settings set but Yahoo classes everything as Spam.The amount of emails I have missed is unbelievable.I will NEVER sign up to any Yahoo products ever again
