Not consistent, pixelated, cheap

I bought a band t-shirt off redbubble who I have purchased from before… and oh my god I GASPED when I saw the quality of the print. It is HORRIBLE. I’m truly not a picky person, but it looks so bad that I can’t even gift this for Christmas as intended. I squinted my eyes and thought “maybe this could pass as a weathered/washed/vintage look?” but no. It looks like over blown pixelated crap. I’m so pissed lmfao.This made me go to the reviews on the product design and I was stunned to see such high ratings. In my very shallow dive into the reviews I did see one other comment that mentioned the graphic being pixelated. I have purchased items from redbubble before and never had any issues so I was trusting in putting my money here. So disappointed. It looks AND feels so cheap and fake. Ya’ll did Rancid dirty.

eBay Sided With Dishonest Buyer Despite Proof – Seller Protection is a Joke

I’ve been a seller on eBay for over 7 years with a strong track record. Recently, I had a return case (No. 5357940566) where the buyer falsely claimed the item was “not as described.” In reality, the item was accurately described with clear sizing in both photos and text — the buyer simply didn’t know their size.I contacted eBay support before the case escalated and was told (in writing, with screenshots to prove it) that: • I was not at fault • The buyer would be responsible for return shipping • Notes were added to my account to protect me • I should ignore the notifications as they wouldn’t affect meeBay then ignored all of this, refunded the buyer from my account, and refused to reverse the decision, even after I submitted the proof from their own support agent.They’ve stopped replying, won’t review the evidence, and are hiding behind their one-appeal policy — even though their own agent assured me I would be protected.This is a blatant failure of seller protection. eBay enabled a buyer to abuse the return policy and punished a seller who followed every rule.If you’re a seller on eBay, be warned: even written assurances from eBay staff mean nothing when a buyer files a false claim. Support will lie to you, then ignore you.Disgusted by the way I’ve been treated.

Worst customer service ever

I ordered the IdeaPad 5 Pro Gen 6 from the Lenovo Store (operated by Digital River) and unfortunately still haven't received it. It was listed as "Available" and should ship in "1 to 2 days". However, this is a lie and absolutely dubious sales tactics. Customer support still can't tell me when it will be shipped or if I'll get my money back. Several phone calls to Lenovo were absolutely useless and emails won't get answered at all.

Bordering Scam, might need to go to the police - AVOID

I purchased a laptop through their website and paid through UPI PayTM in India. The money got deducted from my account instantly but I never received an order confirmation. Since then I have been calling their customer service team everyday only to be told that it would be resolved in 24 hours. It has now been almost 2 weeks and there is no response or ownership of this issue at their end. I am contemplating going to the police to lodge a complaint as this is fraudulent behaviour. Dell customer care team is hardly bothered. My honest advice would be to avoid any purchase if you don't want to lose your hard earned money.

Poor purchasing experience

I ordered and purchased a Dell laptop today. I cancelled 2.5 hrs later. Had no choice. The invoice indicated a reconditioned or opened product, I ordered a new product. After an hour and a half getting the run around by their AI Bot, I cancelled the order. Another hour and I was able to finally chat with a real human being (I think). Never spoke to a person because, well, Dell doesn’t pay people to talk to people anymore it appears. What happened to this Company? Very disappointed. The laptop I configured (with google’s help- their AI chat hasn’t a clue) was just what I was looking for. Hope HP can get close, I will even pay more!
