The worst shopping experience ever!!! Collected money but not ship out my items, after a week they told me a few items of my order are out of stock, so why you took my money before the shipment?! The refund is too slow! Expect 5 weeks or even more! No customer service at all, no reply at all!Never buy from Uniqlo again!

Can’t change airport and can’t find the map again.

When I first logged in it showed me a map of destinations with prices. I tried to change my home airport to Montreal YUL but it always switched back to San Francisco. In addition, I could never find the map again. The first thing the site should ask is your home airport. Why would I care about fares from San Francisco?

Terrible experience with UPS

Terrible experience with UPS. Of course my package was delivered to the wrong address and now is lost .. UPS hires the most unprofessional drivers in the world . I bet they don’t even have high school diploma . I wish my package was never sent with the most unreliable company which is UPS . Why they are in the bussiness ??????? UPS I hope you stop existing soon !!

I would caution anyone considering working with them.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has handled things. After bringing in my own customers as a Partner, they attempted, with what felt like a sneaky sleight of hand, to take control of them without any proper discussion or acknowledgment of my efforts, Sending them an email directly.The lack of transparency and professionalism in their approach is shocking. It feels as though they were trying to pull the rug out from under me without any regard for the hard work I put in.I would caution anyone considering working with them. Their behaviour is completely unprofessional and leaves a lot to be desired.

Where are the crocs I have returned? where is my refund?

You are probably here because you returned your crocs that are too small and wondering where they are now and where's your refund?. I did the returns process to the letter on their web link, included in an email if any issues.... posted them, then the next day got an email stating that my returns request is accepted and to follow the instructions to return. But I have already followed the instructions and returned them. Just want my money so I can buy a bigger size for my kid, this time from a shop!Order Ref 04730321CGB

I think Amazon fr customer service is appalling!!

I think Amazon customer service is usually superb and can not be faulted. However, Amazon fr is shockingly bad and gives Amazon a bad name. Terrible handling of issue, a 'cant be bothered' attitude and not accountable for their mistakes/ lack of professionalism. I am English and used to the UK amazon's brilliant Cs.

Can't use Zoom without P.o.S. app.

Zoom insists on installing their useless and bloated app just to use their worthless chat service on mobile. I DON'T want their app installed, I want to join a meeting through Firefox (and no, I don't use ANY Chromium-based browsers).

Terrible Brick & Mortar Shopping Experience

The company are currently transitioning to new technology such as self checkout to make the shopping experience quicker. I’ve arrived to Westfield Stratford, London (busiest place to shop on the weekend). Only three sales assistants are available at the checkout with 20 unused self-checkout counters. Please explain how this acceptable, I’ve waited for 30 minutes to return one item and this also the same queue for people who have newly shopped. There is no one to guide people on how to self-check out.The company keeps getting worse and worse falsely promoting better shopping experience. Please stop make us pay premium price and have horrible shopping experience for average quality clothes. I would rather pay 2x price and be treated well.

Review of primevideo

Good for the freebie movies and TV shows.

This is one of the best things about Amazon, and I generally don't like Amazon. Excellent source for free films and TV series. No commercials throughout the movie or show like you have to put up with on Tubi and Vudu and offers a better selection of titles. There is one commercial before the movie or TV episode begins, but it's just for other available movies and shows. Some Amazon Originals have been outstanding with remarkable actors and stories. The app runs smoothly on all my devices and Fire Stick. Thanks, Prime Video!
