‎ love this app but they made it worse…

‎ love this app but they made it worse when they recently changed the system for filtering by star rating. They used to give us the ability to filter for 5 star hikes only and it would only show 4.75 star and above. This system allowed the ability to show only the best of the best. They changed the system so we can only filter by 4.5 star and above which gives way too many options in many cases and dilutes our ability to find the best of the best hikes in a area. It is now harder/near impossible and or takes much longer. It sounds like a small change but it makes a big difference. Please change it back or allow us to filter differently. Thanks

Straight up garbage

Straight up garbage, I got suspended because I told my teammates to do something. If healers dont heal or dps is shit it is a leaders purpose to tell them to do something. I wasnt even endorsement level 2 so I could talk in the game chat it self but only team chat. And I am suspended. Cry babies in game and cry babies blizzard company. I didn't even get a warning. And I bought OW1, they stole it, gave nothing in return. Real criminals. I will not support Blizzard anymore and I will never buy a game again.

Spent too long with 60$ in credit trying to place an order. There’s a lot of bugs with DoorDash and was talking to support who wasn’t able to help. I ended up using UberEats which took 5 minutes instead.

Promotion failure and no refund

Worst food service ever! We were offered a promotion discount, so we ordered some food, just before paying the discount was added..then after the final payment they added it back to full price again..we contact support and they refused the refund using all kinds of excuses..we will no longer use DOORDASH we get way service from DELIVER EASY use them and if there's a problem they will fix immediately and give you and instant credit without the excuses. doordash is terrible!!!!

BB&B Guaranteed delivery date went south

Ordered an OXO Burr grinder on December 31, 2021, that was guaranteed to be delivered on January 5, 2022. It wasn't. After talking to customer service, I've been told it would definitely arrive by January 6, and if not they would sent out a replacement asap. Now I'm waiting for the replacement without any information on the delivery date. I have to mention that I made use of one of their holiday deals, that included $20 off. If I had known that I would have to chase after my order I would have ordered that same item on Amazon instead. This experience just teaches me again that a) when Pitney Bowes is the subcontractor responsible for the shipping, including USPS, you have to be very patient and b) the whole customer service experience is not meant to solve the actual problem, otherwise they wouldn't just have sent it out with the same shipping company. Last time they were involved in shipping my Christmas cards the whole delivery process took 8 weeks and the cards arrived late January. The new shipping link for the replacement does not have any tracking info, so now the whole shipping process seems to be concealed. So, I'm very disappointed and won't order with BB&B again.Update as of today: I cancelled my order and the replacement and requested a refund. I went with a vendor who will deliver for the regular price within two days. If I don't receive my refund I will contact the Better Business Bureau.Update January 14: called customer service to ask where my money is. No delivery either. Asked to talk to the supervisor, didn't get connected. CSR told me they put my confirmed money return on ice, at the same time they told me the item hasn't moved. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Looking at their reviews I realized I'm by far not the only one having trouble with delivery or refund. So, now I have to wait another 48 hrs for the refund to actually be issued and then another 1-3 days until it will hopefully be on my account. I'm beyond annoyed 😠 at this point!Update January 15:Finally, after getting very clear what I think about this failed business, I got my money back. They first had to tell me that the money would take up to 30 days because I used PayPal. So, there's no end to their trying to mislead the customer. PayPal sent me their confirmation 1 am today, within six hours of finally being issued by Bed Bath & Beyond. And it is beyond my imagination how a business that has so many points of sale that don't work still exists. Thanks PayPal for proving Bed Bath & Beyond wrong again!Update 01/21/2022:Both OXO grinders were delivered by USPS today. One was marked "no scan" and had an unreadable shipping label. Very odd thing that they both appeared again and were delivered on the same day. I contacted BB&B customer service per email to get me shipping tags to have both picked up by a carrier. To be continued...January 27: FedEx was supposed to pickup both grinders yesterday. Nobody showed up, so I contacted BB&B again. Supposedly there's going to be three pickup attempts. Let's see how long this is going to take until this chapter is closed. I asked for my account to be closed. So far I only received a confirmation that customer service is going to forward my request to their IT department. Is it just me or is that a very clunky method of closing customer accounts in this time and day? Just confirmed my overall impression of BB&B.Update 01/27/2022: Both OXO grinders were finally picked up by FedEx today afternoon to be returned to BB&B. I'm looking forward to not doing business with your company again and invite you to close my account for good.

Just like many of the people below

Just like many of the people below, I have the same situation. I ordered on 11.10.23 with delivery within 3-5 days, never dispatched, never delivered to date 23.10.23. Status of the order was always "Accepted". Contacted support - horrible experience, even to date I do not have any explanation, no hope. Angela D from them replied blunt and cold, with standard reply, that they follow up and will monitor the order, that's it. Refused to give any details, then blocked the chat as next days I couldn't write anything further on it (she left the chat open, and so everythime you open the chat, even in new page, it will show only your last reply and not able to wrtie more). I manged by doing it so on a different computer, asking after 7 days for Cancelation. Then a reply said they cannot guarantee that, and will come back with an answer within 48 hours. Well 72 more hours passed, and no reply, no delivery. Yeah I filed a dispute with Paypal for the money. Yesterday the order changed to "Dispute". Glad to see here that I am not the only one with this situation, at least that is a bit of comfort knowing and hoping that it was not a scam after all and hope my Paypal eill get this sorted through.

Dangerous

Employee Dara asked me to send my social insurance number through the chat. This is dangerous and illegal behavior. This is the second time I've tried to register a ccTLD domain with them. They charge my card immediately and when registration fails, I get blamed and asked to jump through hoops even though I respected all conditions.UPDATE: Their reply has absolutely NOTHING to do with my situation. This was for a fresh registration. None of my domains have ever been suspended. I have proof of my claims.
