New invoicing is absolutely terrible and you are hell bent on forcing it on all current users. If you are going to release a new product, that's fine, but if it is not as good as the product it is replacing, then don't do it until it meets that benchmark.I have discussed this with countless peers and not a single person is in support of the new invoicing, it is objectively a regression of the product.Sadly Xero has been getting worse over the years, it's time for a challenger product to take it's place.

Kayak is great. It lets me enter my desired trip and filter results to customize for my needs. I can easily see multiple options from many carriers, and combined carriers where it makes sense. So easy to find the best option for me, at the best price. Great service!

Squarespace has the most awful customer service. They don't have a phone number to call and if you email you won't hear back for 24 hours and they aren't helpful at all. They don't respond back to emails. I would not recommend the site to anyone. My site went down 24 hours ago and when they finally got back to me it was some issue with the domain but why did that even happen when I changed nothing?! And now it's going to take 72 hours to fix. Not cool squarespace. I want my money back. Worst $300 I ever spent.

My one experience with customer support sucks! I just paid for July '24 but can't use any site because I get a message about updating payment when Google Play shows that payment's been made & the next one is on August 2nd.If that weren't enough, I emailed support with my issue and 2 screenshots for proof. The 1st reply said I'd provided no info & the 2nd told me that I should contact my bank or CC company to resolve my non-existent non-payment issue. Are you kidding me??? Fix this ASAP please!

Ordered a watch off garmin 10th April and it never arrived- so cancelled the order. Rang customer service about 6 times in between this and was told countless of times it was coming and they “promised” me they would send me an email the next week to keep me up to date. Well I never received a single email. My brother in-law rang them and was told the order wasn’t completed at all (no idea why they couldn’t have told me that at the start). So have cancelled the order. Never had a single apology about how I was treated. Would get a 0 star if I could

I made an order on May 2 and it was 65 min late so I canceled, now I'm out 47.00 cause they refuse to refund. I deleted my account and will never trust them again. Now I'm out of food and money. The excuse given as to why they didn't refund is not acceptable, thanks DoorDash
