Not happy mum

So went to pearl nails at parramatta Westfields to get infills for my daughter and I , so looking at the colours while getting our nails done and the colour I chose looked nude / pink But emphasising more nude but a lot less pink , me not watching as talking to my daughter and the women had one hand already painted but when I looked it was very pink which I didn’t like and it didn’t match the colour wheel , I told them that that was not the colour Raised their voice and said yes it is. I then answered back and said no it’s not so they got the colour wheel and showed me comparing to my own nail which was a very big difference but they were still rude and said it’s the same and said maybe it’s my eyes. I said to them no I don’t like the colour. I want to change it. They were very rude and very They then came back with a second colour that I chose from the wheel and literally slapped it on my nail and with a raised voice said there they didn’t even give me the chance to say if I liked it or not and just was super rough slapped the rest of it on and was trying to rush me out the door granted it was 12:03 in the afternoon . Granted, it used to be a lovely friendly environment, but now I would The rudeness Acceptable

Started to create a new account

Started to create a new account, but the linked Stripes account needed some info that I couldn't provide, so I cancelled the account creation and removed the Buy My Coffee account.Unfortunately the linked Stripes account wasn't automatically removed, as it was Buy My Coffee responsability, but I couldn't access the account as it was removed ...I contacted the support which was really helpful and and removed the linked Stripes account right away.

STOLE OUR MONEYWe purchased the travel insurance for a full refund and when we needed to cancel our trip we were fully aware we would lose the $175 in travel insurance, but they don't take that payment out until you pay for the cruise in full. THIS WAS NOT CLEAR DURING THE TIME OF PURCHASE. So, I have to pay them over $6000 to get my deposit back minus the $175. Why would I pay them another 6 GRAND when I can't even get $400 back???When we booked the trip we did not receive ANY receipt of purchase with information regarding our cruise. We got one email telling us to create an online account. So we did that, and then there is ZERO documents to see the itemized receipt of what we have paid, where the money went, and what is the final balance. They don't show you that until you give them a credit card number...I will NEVER book a cruise with them again. This was nothing but smoke and mirrors, and every single time you turn around you have to pay for something else, and never get confirmation of your purchases.

Will definitely use rover.com again! Our dog is an anxious little guy and kennels are scary for him. We decided to try rover instead, and boarded him with Nick. Our dog seemed SO MUCH calmer this time! Nick sent pictures and videos of him and lots of text updates. The payment process was easy. Very happy with rover.com!

Appliance Protection Plan Not Honored

Two years ago, I purchased a protection plan for three major appliances. It covers repairs for my microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator for five years. I need service in my refrigerator.When I called Lowe’s service advantage they could see that I did purchase a plan for three major appliances, but they can only see it attached to the microwave. I have the reference number, I have the receipt. They couldn’t help me. They told me they were going to refer this to a “higher” department. The “higher” would contact me in 1 to 2 business days. So far nothing. This is very disappointing.

Review of expedia

Expedia is bad for guests and businesses

They keep charging double and a higher rate than the hotel actually charges. Talking to them is a trip down frustration road, nothing gets resolved. They give you some bs about elevating the issue to some other team. Guests are getting screwed with the double charges and businesses are taking the rap. Book direct or use Airbnb. Not sure about any other sites but they all seem to be connected to one or two big corporations and the customer service is on the same pathetic par.
