They are the worst. I placed an order on 6-23-20. It was confirmed 2 days later got email notifying the order was canceled because the seller didn't notified them the item was not available.I searched for the same book on Abe books and found another copy from a different seller. I placed the order and the next day got another email "order canceled". What the heck is going on!I contacted my bank and sure enough there was a charge from Abebooks. I contacted them and told them I was very upset they had canceled 2 orders.They don't take calls because they hide behind Coronavirus excuse. Since their customer service is based in a developing country, they don't read emails, instead the act like computers repeating the same damn thing over and over.Once I found out the 2 orders were canceled I had to order another copy from another site. I don't want the stupid book from Abebooks but it will be delivered in 2 weeks after I was told "canceled".Stay away from these people. Don't bother contacting Customer support = Amazon/eBay Third World Developing countries customer support - ill informed, lazy and don't bother to read customers emails.

The company is a global leader in the tech world, but at the same time these guys can't optimize their chrome since its launch, lol. It takes to much RAM to fulfill ordinary tasks like searching for something in the net, while competitors have already implemeneted technologies which cut down the maount of consume RAM by their browsers. Guys, just correspond to the vision of your company, I know you can.

I have a gift card from Urban Outfitters and have tried to obtain a pin number now for a week. I have talked to 6 representatives and emailed back and forth with multiple others. They keep passing the buck and assure me that the next person will help me. Their costumer service SUCKS!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

I wish there is a zero rating. Worst service ever to a point of questioning if it is fraud. They are claiming a technical issue on their end for not depositing the money (still not deposited) and if I did not call and question why the deposit did not happen and lose my marbles they would have not shared the technical issue story. You would think if you’re transferring a big big chuck of $$ and they assign an account representative to you this would go smoothly but you can imagine the level of incompetence. DO NOT USE

Ever since sites I administered were hacked by some scammers, I have used Wordfence to defeat and repair damage by those with ill intent. I have never had any issues with them, and their service has been impeccable and timely. I cannot recommend them more highly.

But to register (just to watch their news) they want your email address & phone number - obviously so they can sell such infomation on to advertisers & Spammers. Don't waste your time with Stuff when there are far better comprehensive & free news websites in NZ.

my account got hacked, so I got my account recovered but I got refunded from both the bank and PlayStation, two days after I got my account back they suspended me permanently saying I stole from them, and I need to give them back the money to restore my account back, I paid them back immediately and never got my account back. I called them just now and spoke to the supervisor who refused to help me and refuse to compensate me, and said “I’m afraid I’m gonna have to end this call anything else I can help you out with” and I told him at least a credit because my account has been unplayable for two weeks, and he said “I cant provide that but thank you for contacting playstation have a nice day” and hung up. I am a manager at my work and I completely refuse to leave the customer upset and hang up or walk off on them especially when I was being nice to him. the management here is horrendous, it’s truly baffling and very unprofessional of him. I will not be buying more games and consoles in the future from playstation over this horrible so called “supervisor”

First, I have always loved brick-and-mortar Barnes and Noble stores. There’s nothing like the scent of row after row of books waiting to be discovered!But BN.com is an absolute cesspool of the online retail world. This is now the second time I’ve been met with the infuriating problem of ordering a product that it says is in stock, BN telling me that the item has shipped, and then giving me tracking numbers from multiple carriers (!) who tell me that though a label has been created, they haven’t received the item for shipment.This would be a forgivable problem if BN’s customer service was in any way competent. But alas, far from it. Multiple customer service agents tell me different, contradictory things. No one, not even at the supervisor level, can tell me whether or not the item shipped or has any insight into what happened. And they seem utterly confused about why I’d be upset.I’ve tried to support Barnes and Noble over Amazon in the past even though they’re slightly more expensive, but no longer. I can call Amazon the very next day if there’s an issue with an order and they immediately make it right.TL;DR - BN.com is a nightmare when it comes to shipping problems and their customer service agents don’t care.

We went to Vespucci’s restaurant in cheshire for a buffet on Easter.We were all Very disappointed.The service was very poor and our reservation was over an hour late.They were out of baked stuff shrimp and a lot of empty containers .Food was not fresh pasta all stuck together for the money was not worth it would never go again.
