The absolute worst support ever. We have a support ticket that we opened in November (it's now March) that they haven't responded to at all. The standard response from them, if when they do respond, is always just a link to 30 other pages, none of which answer the question that was asked.

The art prints I ordered were absolutely beautiful. I found 2 frames at Goodwill and took apart the art work that was in them. My new art prints look wonderful in the gold frames I found. Absolutely a great idea to order exactly what I want in the frames I like.

I bought a Lenovo Chromebook for my son's remote learning. After two weeks it died. The retailer would not accept the return, and said to contact Lenovo. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, then was put on hold and cut off. Called back started over again, told that someone would come to our home to repair it, but subsequently received an email that currently parts are unavailable, when nobody has even assessed it yet. Needless to say, we are going to have to replace it to allow ongoing learning for our son. It won't be another Lenovo product.

Great- I have been doing monthly research for Ipsos for a few years now and have never received points late. They were recomended to me by a friend who does the same research and we both think they are great. The research we do is the one where you have a VPN on your phone- that was easy to set up and we didn't really have to do much after that.Ontop of that I have done another 2 paid surveys, on zoom, and again both were great. Well organised, professional, and I was paid promptly.

They are the worst. I placed an order on 6-23-20. It was confirmed 2 days later got email notifying the order was canceled because the seller didn't notified them the item was not available.I searched for the same book on Abe books and found another copy from a different seller. I placed the order and the next day got another email "order canceled". What the heck is going on!I contacted my bank and sure enough there was a charge from Abebooks. I contacted them and told them I was very upset they had canceled 2 orders.They don't take calls because they hide behind Coronavirus excuse. Since their customer service is based in a developing country, they don't read emails, instead the act like computers repeating the same damn thing over and over.Once I found out the 2 orders were canceled I had to order another copy from another site. I don't want the stupid book from Abebooks but it will be delivered in 2 weeks after I was told "canceled".Stay away from these people. Don't bother contacting Customer support = Amazon/eBay Third World Developing countries customer support - ill informed, lazy and don't bother to read customers emails.

I was looking for a trustworthy password manager and because of good ratings, i moved to 1password. On top of that the onboarding was also really smooth from my last password manager, customer service was also great as they gave me great discount on my first bill
