It's obvious they do not care about their customers AT ALL. I guess they got in bed with Facebook years ago and are just riding out the income generation this crappy webiste creates with no desire to improve their product at all. I made a simple request over a year ago for them to add a bulk delete feature so you could get rid of your old events and they still have not done it. This is EASY stuff for any mid-level programmer to accomplish. So be prepared to click and update the same things over and over and over again to get anything accomplished. If you contact customer service, they will do nothing.

I'm really impressed with Brevo! I've tried other newsletter providers before, but I've never been as satisfied as I am with this one. Not only is the price-performance ratio great, I'm also impressed by the interface and what you can do even with a free account. The support is also very nice. I think if someone is looking for a good newsletter provider, they'll find everything they're looking for with Brevo.
Review of booking
I have used Booking for hundreds of hotel reservations over the past 12 years. Only once did I have a bad experience. In the past two months, they double booked my apartment in Washington DC during Cherry Blossom time and the owner notified me less than 24 hours before the 4 of us were to arrive. He moved us to an undesirable location. I was promised by Booking Customer Service that someone would get back to me. They never responded after repeated emails. Recently, they cancelled my booking for Victoria. They told me the B&B closed. When I checked with Expedia and contacted the owner they told me they are not closed and Booking just decided to cancel my reservation. I was able to get the same room, but for $153 more since I was not booking a few weeks in advance instead of 12 months when I originally booked with Booking. Again, I spoke with several customer service reps at Booking. They asked me to send the receipt showing the additional $153 cost. I did. It has been 10 days and they still have not responded after several more emails. They obviously no longer care about Customer Service. I am now going to rely on Expedia or other reliable reservation services.

AT&T internet in NW Ohio is a joke, I can't even use my phone on wifi. Cell service is very bad and now they sent me a email that price is going up. Guess I'm going to save some money because I'm canceling. Price goes up but service stays the same

I signed up for a free trial and was surprised when I was charged for a subscription with no warning. I then asked to cancel my subscription. This was within 14 days. I was encouraged to delay cancelling until my month’s subscription had expired. When I then went to cancel I was told I would be charged over £100. I am very disappointed that Adobe can be so sly.

Total Scam!!! I've been a loyal customer and a VIP Platinum member and yet I have experience the worst. Requesting for a refund take ages and agent keep on saying waiting for feedback from supplier. I called the supplier and they said they haven't received anything from AGODA!!!

WORST SERVICE! DEFINATELY FALSE ADVERTISING! I have been a member of AAA for most of the last 30 plus years. This past weekend definately was the the end of a long term customer(s) due to lasct of concern and service from AAA! I purchased AAA for my daughter and added my Grandson as he is a fairly new driver with an older car. Last Saturday night, at around 10:00 PM in Concord NH, he called his Mom and said his car broke down in the road. My daughter called AAA and requested service. She was told that someone would be there within the hour. 1/2 hour after talking to AAA, my daughter went to my grandson's location to stay with him until AAA came. Shortly after she got there, another AAA person called her and said she was sorry, but because it was a holiday weekend they would not be able to send anyone out, and she should call back after 7 AM the next morning if the problem still exists! My daughter told the agent that the car was in the road and needed to be moved. The AAA agent said she suggested that my daughter call the local police for help! So much for " we cover you nights, weekends, and even holidays"!! My daughter was able to get the car started and it limped home on one leg, and she told me what had happened. I called the 800 number and spoke to someone 2 times, once on Sun and once on Mon. I was told someone would be getting back to me, and he said he filed the complaint.I called our local office, was told the same thing and to call back in a couple of days if I did not get the call from AAA. It has been 5 days, I just called the manager at the local office again and he said unfortunately I need to wait up to 2 weeks for a response! I told him this is not acceptable, and he said unfortunately that is how it is, they are backed up with complaints! I might add, I am a senior citizen and I often stay with the grandsons while their parents are away. I have medical conditions, and had I been here alone, this would not have been good for me!

First of all I don't understand why there isn't an unsubscribe button: you have either to chat or speak with someone from their customer service. I've contacted them via chat this morning and after a long queue the operator assured me I was unsubscribed. I've just checked my settings and the auto renewal is still on. That means I'll have to waste more time by contacting them again. I'll advise everyone I know again subscribe to them.
