Last year, I purchased the Folio Touch for my iPad Pro 2nd generation, and for the first year, it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, after just a year, it broke. Since it came with a two-year guarantee, I contacted Logitech customer service. The communication process alone took about 2-3 weeks, and it took an additional 7 days to receive a replacement. Initially, they offered me the Slim Touch as a replacement, but I declined since it's cheaper and bulkier compared to the Folio Touch. I requested a refund, but instead, they sent me a Combo Touch, which I was happy with—at least initially. However, the happiness was short-lived. When the Combo Touch arrived, I spent nearly an hour trying to fit it onto my iPad, only to end up breaking both my iPad screen and the Combo Touch case. This whole experience turned into a Christmas horror story I wouldn't wish on anyone. Needless to say, I’m incredibly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. Proceed with caution!

Sagui in customer services, was so polite, respectful of my needs and offered me some amazing options to help with the difficult situation I'm in.Although I haven't been able to spend much time on the site, when I did, I found it easy to navigate and found it to be fairly self explanatory. Plus, there are assist tools available to help guide you with your tree. If there are any updates or possible links then you receive an email. I also think it is well worth taking the DNA test. I thought I had a small family. How wrong I was. Thanks again Sagui 😊

My account was hacked and then suspended for hateful conduct several hours later. I have been trying to login all day and was unable to. When I finally reset my password it said it was suspended for hateful conduct. I have filed numerous appeals and no one even reads them just automated bots. This has caused me much distress because I am now being harassed and receiving death threats on other platforms for tweets that are not mine. You dont care at all!!! @Parfanity
