Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Will never work with them again. They recently updated their auto loan website to be part of their main website. This makes it so you cannot access your account anymore. I had to go through an entire reverification process just to get into my account. Once I had done this, all I could do was see my summary. Clicking any link automatically logged me out so there was no way to make a payment. Their automated payment service sends you to a phone number whose working hours are a joke. The company is just designed to frustrate and scam. Will never, ever work with them through any other service again.

Review of lenovo

Used to Love 'em, now they're terrible.

Today I've gone from 'I love Lenovo' to 'Lenovo stinks'. Just over a year ago, I spent $1800 on a very high end Lenovo laptop and another ~$8,000 on 7 other laptops (for family). The 8 machines are now 6 months past their 1 year warranty; so, of course, the motherboard on the super expensive one has failed. I called Lenovo to see if they could help me find the right repair shop, buy a new board, or otherwise assist a $10,000 customer in finding a solution to a very early and unexpected problem. I was...suprised(?) when, 10 seconds into my call I was told, "The laptop is of warranty, so I can't help you." Never being one to take no for an answer without at least finishing my request, I politely asked for a supervisor (in the most patient, but manly-toned voice I could muster). "All the supervisors are busy," I was told; but a promise was given that a one would call me back within an hour. Well, I never received that call, so I followed up the next morning. A Lenovo chat agent informed me, "you weren't called because the supervisor de-escalated [canceled] your request because the machine is out of warranty." To prove the point, I was shown text from the de-escalation comments which--I'm thinking by mistake--included the supervisor's other comment that, "[The] customer just wants a free repair." Now, to be clear, never did I ever speak to this mysterious supervisor so as to ask for said free repair; nor did I ask that of any other Lenovo representative. Somewhat chagrined, the agent declined to offer any further input or help, but did promise she 'would ensure' I received the aforementioned call-back within the next 2 hours. This is the point where we all give a big, collective sigh because, you guessed it, once again the call never came. "Why?" I asked. "There were no supervisors available at the time," I was told. "Thanks for letting me know before I waited for it to come," I mumbled with inaudible sarcasm. Long story less long, another two hour promise came and went without a call. Can a company really be this bad? I'm sure the amount I paid them was I significant to them, but that's a chunk of change in my world, and I would have thought it might qualify me for 15 minutes of attention.

Dell BIOS update turned computer into paperweight, had to pay to get it fixed

Bought a gaming laptop in 2021. Dell Update, a program bundled with Dell laptops, showed there was a BIOS update issued by Dell. I downloaded the update and restarted my computer. The BIOS update errored out, then the screen went black. There is no display and no external monitor works on it now. I paid $39 to send it to Dell Tech Support to have it fixed, telling them that their own recommended BIOS update messed up my laptop. They gave me a repair quote for $209 (!!!) to have the laptop screen replaced. I rejected the repair and asked them to send it back. They sent me FIVE more emails telling me to "Pay Now" to have my laptop fixed. They kept my laptop for 3 weeks, then sent it back to me without fixing it. The total turnaround time was 29 days from starting the repair to receiving my laptop back, AND I spent $39 just to have them look at it. The BIOS update was from Dell! I posted about this on the Dell reddit, and a dozen other users experienced the same problem. I would give Dell ZERO stars if I could.

Review of audi

Once upon a time Audi was a great company

In the last 30 years I had several cars, actually ten, thereof five them were Audi. The quality of Audi shows in years a constant trend of quality decrease.Nowaday, I can clearly say that Audi is no longer a reliable car.Few example, my A4 six months old already experienced :- 1 liter of motor oil every 2.000 Km is required, and it is not a car problem, as it is mentioned also in the car manual.- Every now and then a warning light pop up.- The safety assistant tried to stop the car three times while I was driving at 130 Km/h on the way without any obstacle or situation that may have put me in danger.- The car has been recovered for immediate maintenance because of an unknown warning message. The expectation for having the car back is two months as several cars have issues.- The car has several noises due to cheap quality of plastic and accessories installation. To sum up, it will be my last Audi even if Audi probably doesn't actually care, if I look at all the bad reviews I saw on Trustpilot.
