Review of uniqlo
I ordered a shirt that came faulty. Immediately contacted customer service and was asked to send pictures by email. I was given a customer case number and sent the pictures to prove the damage, and never heard back from them. They promised to get back to me within 24h-48h with their decision, but it has been 11 days now and nothing, no reply to any of my emails trying to get the problem solved. It is already ridiculous enough that they need two days to “make a decision” (their words) when you get a faulty item. Any other retailer as big as them will immediately refund you or get the item replaced. Then, to top it all, they don’t keep their promise to solve your problem.Sad and disappointing. Never buying again.

Regierungstreu hoch drei.

Review of discogs
Discogs is a free-for-all for scammers. I ordered five albums as Christmas gifts. One of them hasn't shipped eight days after the seller received my payment. One of them was listed as an expensive original pressing and came as a counterfeit copy that was pressed two years after the original. One of them shipped late and was baited and switched (a later pressing when I ordered an original copy). The worst part is Discogs has no recourse, no check and balances in place when you are scammed. They don't want anything to do with it and want you to settle it amicably with the seller (scammer).Buyer beware. I'll NEVER order another album from this site.
Review of chase
With the outsourced Phillipine workers Chase Bank can claim that at least a human picked up the telephone. After that it routinely descends downhill with the call. Communicating with someone who isn't a native speaker or hasn't been aptly trained in the American dialect often presents a challenge to resolving an issue. Usually too much of a client's time is wasted attempting to transmit the message. Chase's operating expenses perhaps are lower, all to the detriment of its clientele.

What a joke.. I was in a session playing GTA 5 today.. when some corrupt Muppet came in the session and was constantly blowing me up and destroying everything I was doing in the game...I ignored it... then changed sessions... he followed me to another session the kept repeating it again... so he sent me messages being rude and.nasty about my family how he wants to.find where I live and kill my family... this Muppet then even had the audacity to report me to Rockstar for (not) acknowledge his messages ect.. and I get a suspension... Rockstar need to get a grip and.sort these idiots out.... can't even play a decent game these days without idiots like this ruining it for everyone else...Microsoft seem to side and agree with the ones causing the issues....Grow up microsoft... look after your genuine players not the griefers...

They make it really hard to cancel - lots of links, chat bots and having to remember your order number only to end up on a generic ticket that takes up to 48 hours for a response when it says you can only cancel within 2 hours. They know what they’re doing.

I am sorry that I saw these reviews after being scammed the same way as others. Yes I also chose free trial option and I realized I was charged for annual gold subscription of 25 eur. Just do not not fall in their “free trial” trap please

I had a problem with a game and tried alot to fix it, but nothing worked, so i asked for help. Ofcourse there are 'sollutions' you already tried in the reply, it's always like that, doesn't matter if they were pointed out already. What was different, is that there also were suggestions that aren't pointed out on the website already. And 1 of those suggestions fixed the problem. So without texting back and forth for days, pointing out (again) what you tried already, explaining your issue to the next guy because the other got fired, getting the same options (which you already tried twice) for the 3rd time, and so on... Nope! Just support that works! Happily surprised.

The app WAS good, esp the pay-for service. The CEO shows he doesn't care about all the negative feedback, e.g. by taking away key elements of what paying customers were paying for without any warning. Unsubscribed as it's really not user-friendly. Very sad.

Review of sendgrid
We dearly regret having started with Sendgrid. The UX is extremely unintuitive and simple actions are just not avaible. The customer service does respond quickly, but in many cases it just ends up in long winding discussions why things are what they are i.e. no good! What does work surprisingly well is the account upgrade procedure, because for every little addition expect to pay more. I give it one star for the friendly customer support, but if it wasn't for the fact that they pulled us in already, I'd be happy to leave, cause it's been a struggle from day one. Unfortunately not recommended.
