Review of WordPress
After one year of a paid subscription I am now intensively looking for a new web-site platform to be transferred there from Wordpress. I hate Wordpress now. For the all small (and a couple of big) ugly things that I experienced during the year. I truly feel like I want a refund. But as they are a not decent biz, hopes are irredeemable..Update: Why keep wasting people's time, and space here? "If there is anything we can help with or you would like to request a refund, please contact us here: wordpress com/help/contact." This like is the same BS as the whole service of that sitebuilder is. No"help", just endless meaningless BS. For the refund I will file a lawsuit against wordpress.com

Review of moz
I love the Moz website, however the policy of auto-renewals (for amounts over 1K) is terrible and ruins the experience overall. I did not receive an email about my account renewing and if I don't want to auto renew I had to "cancel" the account entirely, which appears that it has been shut down, but in actuality it's just not recharging you automatically. No refunds offered, not even prorated. This is uniquely poor service in comparison to ALL the other subscription accounts I hold.

Review of groupon
I was promised a refund on two separate occasions and they sent me a 'voucher' to redeem for the refund. Never worked. Tried to access customer service four times. Every single time it said 'service unavailable'. Scam site that has gone dramatically downhill To make it worse, they replied to this comment (some CS guy named Vijayaakumar) and then tried to BACKTRACK and sent me the refund. Even though I have in writing from both the vendor and Groupon that it was being issue. Now after they finally agree to do the right thing, they are once again trying to backtrack and claim a refund is not possible, despite me having in writing from them three different times that it would be going through. We’re about to get lawyers involved which is not how this should have had to go

Review of asos
Tried to place an order money was taken from my account order did not complete. I tried a second time same issue. I contact my bank to be told I needed to contact asos I did this was advised as a website issue and order not placed that money would be refunded in 48 hours. I contacted asos after 36 hours to be lied to about the refund time frame and they tried to claim they had only taken one payment. However even the bank confirmed it was 2 payments as there were two transaction ids. Advisor then told me 10 working days to get a refund for the money they stole for not providing goods or services. They refused to put me through to a manager to resolve. Avoid at all costs.
Review of amazon
I recently ordered a mattress through Amazon Prime. Delivery estimate was 1-2 days, which was important for me because I have started paying rent on a new apartment and I need the mattress to move in. It is now 11 days later and the mattress still hasn't arrived. No surprise when I find out this delivery was given to Purolator, the worst delivery company on the planet. Of course I would never use Purolator for anything, but the problem with Prime is that you cannot choose the carrier. I contacted Purolator and they said to expect the delivery by February 15 - they have said that, for them, this is normal ETA for a delivery like this. I ordered this package on Jan 28. It's being delivered from Woodbridge to downtown Toronto - a 35 minute drive. It's going to take Purolator EIGHTEEN days, costing me rent the whole time. I would never have ordered it if I knew it was going to take this long. I pay for Prime specifically for quick delivery, this level of service is unacceptable.
Review of xero
The instructions to fix our synching issue were received in only several hours after the report was sent, given this being a busy time for Xero's repairs and maintenance team weren't initially expecting such a quick response. Instructions were incredibly clear, step by step and worked first time.
