THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY. WE USED THEM FOR ONE DAY, THEY DEACTIVATED OUR ACCOUNT CLAIMING WE "SOLD DRUGS" WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE AND RIDICULOUS. THEN SAID WE WOULDN'T BE GETTING A REFUND. THE PLATFORM ITSELF IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO DESIGN IN. THE TEMPLATES ARE HORRIBLE AND THE END RESULT IS SO EXTREMELY BASIC, IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRUGGLE. DON'T SIGN UP! UNLESS YOU HAVE $100 TO WASTE AND 100 HOURS OF FRUSTRATION TO SPARE

Horrible !! We spent abot 2100$ at Disney. We ended up going on 5 rides and being in line for 3-7 hours. To be able to ride a ride you have to get a app? Seriously we already paid for the rides we should be able to go on the rides no matter what! Prices should definitely decrease like 160$ for a 3 yr old are you kidding me. Most of the rides you can’t even go on. U need a app for food too!! Awful costumer service too! DONT! GO! TO! DISNEY! WORLD! it is a WASTE OF MONEY!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I've been with AT&T since I was in middle school (about 2009) I've paid my phone bill on time with no issue since I got my own contract and before. Never have I missed a payment. It's 2024 and I missed a payment because of unforseen trials. Called the company and got a robot finally get a person and I can barely understand what they are saying through broken English but I thought I managed to push things back. Finally they weekend before my next bill is due and I call the 24/7 customer service line no person but there's another robot who won't process a partial payment and only gives me the option for 500. Now I don't have 500 dollars right now so I wait til the week. And then my account is suspended. I'm willing to pay 275 of what's due but they "can't reactivate without the full 2 months" and won't let me split the payments and by the last 225 on the 1st of next month which is a few short days away. I hope someone reads this before signing up for AT&T they don't care about the customer and they won't help you even after 10 years or more of being a loyal customer. Find a phone company that cares about the individual because this isn't the one.

Disappointing Experience with Agoda's Customer Service and Refund Process. I recently booked a stay at Nesuto Chippendale in Sydney through Agoda for March 28–31, 2025. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room's air-conditioning was malfunctioning, causing excessive condensation and rendering the room uninhabitable. The hotel staff acknowledged the issue, and no alternative rooms were available. Consequently, I had to vacate the premises within an hour and secure emergency accommodation elsewhere.The hotel receptionist assured me that a refund had been processed to Agoda. However, despite multiple communications with Agoda's Customer Experience Group, I have yet to receive confirmation or the refund itself. Agoda has requested additional evidence, such as CCTV footage, to support my claim, which seems unreasonable given the circumstances and the hotel's acknowledgment of the issue. Instead of proactively resolving my issues, Agoda has simply closed the case and asked me to provide evidence of the faulty air conditioner in Sydney when I am back in Melbourne.This experience has highlighted significant shortcomings in Agoda's customer service and refund processes. The lack of timely communication and resolution has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope Agoda takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving its customer support and refund mechanisms.

I’m recommending Time Out Offers / Vouchers to anyone who’s thinking about purchasing. I used them multiple times and I got a good deal with it. Recently during the Covid crisis they extended all the voucher validities so people don’t miss out on things they have purchased before the lockdown which I thought was just very understanding of them to do.

Usually a trustworthy site, but they're now deleting negative reviews and manipulating ratings on a show made and released by their mother-company. Could they really be trusted not to do this again in the future? How about shows and movies produced by the company's competitors, are they safe from the same manipulation? Presently impossible to trust the site's objectiveness in these matters.

They didn't accept my income documents. First, I waited 3 months. I was holding more than 10 credit cards with the same features as Amex. Now I got the card approved, but it's useless. Ninety percent of places do not accept Amex, and they also have a high joining fee. I feel like it's not worth paying the huge joining fee for the platinum card.

Coursera will gladly charge you your monthly $50 for Coursera plus. However, when it comes to actually giving you the things you paid for they could careless and will actively lie to you about fixing the problem. They do not do refunds and will waste your life. I have spent 3 months dealing with these doorknobs.
