The site is awful Flickering between.com and .co.uk sites continually will certainly give you a severe headache if you’re lucky enough not to have a fit. And they don’t even have stock market prices now, I guess all the subscription fees they collect are wasted hiring perverts and criminals.I don’t watch the tv channels and I can’t read the website and I can’t stop paying them they are basically shacking down the British public like a gangster organisation

Awful company with awful customer service. Avoid Amazon, use companies that care.It summer 2024 I had a tent stolen as the delivery drivers left it on an open doorstep. I was refunded. Over Christmas the same thing happened after I had told them not to leave packages on the doorstep in the future and left a note with a contact number on the door. The drivers often do not attempt to knock or if they do they don’t wait long for an answer.A few hours after I reported the second item not delivered they closed my account for misuse of their services as I had requested too many refunds (even tho it was their customer service team that suggested the refund). I have contacted their telephone customer service upwards of a dozen times since. Each time they say they’ll forward it on to the “specialist team” and that I’d hear back in 24 to 48 hours (another said it can take up to a week, they seem to make it up as they go along). This was 4 months ago. Mine and my partners accounts are still closed (as hers was connected to mine due to me ordering on her account in the past a few times. A very specialised specialist team wouldn’t you say?It’s surprising that Amazon are such scam artists for such a large company and with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t keep giving these people money, spend your money with companies that can sort the issues you have and don’t scam their customers. The only reason people still use them is their next day delivery, but what use is that if you never get your item.

I have called Adidas multiple times on a return order from Dec 28, 2022. It arrived at Adidas on January 3, 2023. I was told initially it takes 10-14 business days for full refund. I call and I’m put on hold, today for 35min then disconnected. Called back, said brief hold, hung up on me. Asked for manager and couldn’t get one, refusing and telling me now it’s 21 business days! Are you kidding me, this is a multi million dollar company that has no customer service. I’ve spent a lot on Adidas online, I have 4 grandchildren who will now just get Nike! I return items to Nike and I get credited back with in a few days, it’s scanned in on arrival. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company who has no consideration for the customer.

My card was used to open an account I never requested. My bank statement rejected the charge. They asked for the info then said it never happened. How can we defend ourselves when they help the thieves who robbed me. I will never ever use this service no matter what. Your Indian reps need to learn English term and definitions and are of no help then they hang up on us because you have not imported and properly trained them.

I contacted customer service, and they are still trying to find out why. (The delivery address is my office; we are always there during operating hours.)

My experience with the ASUS laptop has been quite disappointing. Apparently and unfortunately, just two weeks after the warranty expired, I encountered a significant issue with the computer's Realtek Wi-Fi connectivity. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they did attempt to help, but they informed me that resolving the issue would come at a cost of $80.00. After three calls, it seemed like they were rather indifferent to my predicament, which was somewhat frustrating. Their (twice) suggested troubleshooting step was simply to unplug and restart the computer, which didn't resolve the problem. The last troubleshooting was to go and buy an ethernet wire.In light of my experience, I would caution others against making a purchase from this company. It's unfortunate, but I believe that my rating accurately reflects the quality of their products and customer support. A single star was the lowest I could possibly go; wish I had a zero-rating star to check off. Please read ALL reviews before buying this pile of JUNK.
